• Start by opening the Course Reserves module.
• Open the course the item is attached to.

• Highlight the item by clicking the box in front of it.
• Choose Change Status.

• If you need to make the item
inactive, select the Inactive
button.
• If you need to change the
removal date, select the until
button and key in the new date.
• Select OK.
