2. The shot used at the start of this scene and location will
be a long shot, followed by a zoom shot and a jump-cut to
a 2-shot. When the light is right and the sun is in the right
position i really like the shadow effect that the sun creates
on other objects, when the protagonist is stood there the
shadow effect should look really good. In this image I
Experimented with Sepia just to see how it would look
and quite liked the end result.
3. I liked the contrast of the relatively dull gray surroundings with the brightly
coloured chairs. This could be a good shot to use for the music video in one of
the flashback scenes. In this scene the shots that might be used are Close-ups,
mid shots, 2-shots, Panning shots and extreme close ups.
4. What I liked about this location was the way the archway sort of
frames the shot. I think it would again be a good location and shot to
use perhaps in one of the music video's flashback scenes.
The shot is a long shot / establishing shot and will show the
protagonist looking out over the sea before jumping to an extreme
close up shot.
5. West hill woods- Will show memory of Protagonist walking
with ex girlfriend (Antagonist) - then girl will fade out- back in
present day. In this scene the shot used will be shots such
as Long shots, tracking shots, Panning shots and Mid-shots.
Calum's house will be used as the lead male characters house in the video
because there are good angles to use for certain shots such as an
establishing shot and there is a nice open space.
6. One location will be on a bus.
This will be used to show how the
protagonist travels from location
to location so in that sense it acts
as a link between destinations. In
this scene a close up shot of the
protagonist’s face right next to/
looking out of the window, so we
get his reflection in the shot to,
this will emphasize the emption
on our protagonist’s face.
Exeter Central train station will be
another location for our filming
and, similarly to the bus, it will be
used as a link between other
locations so it doesn’t look like
our protagonist is simply
teleporting everywhere.
