Role- Project Head (Vice President Operation Role) | Duration- July, 2012 onwards
Highlights: Setting Manufacturing Operation for DFM Foods (the Largest Flour Milling plant in the country with a Production
capacity of 700 Metric Tons per day).
Leadership Deliverables
 Strategically involved in setting up new Flour Milling plant at Greater Noida; accountable for everything that was required
to be done to execute the project from Design stage to commissioning of the plant. Project includes construction of Plant,
Main Mill Building, Warehouse, Administration building, Worker Building.
 Planning, initiating, executing & monitoring the Green Field Project w.r.t. time, cost & quality including technical
(engineering) and techno-commercial coordination with all stakeholders. Chalked out short & long-term growth strategies
to meet the company’s mission and vision.

projects – at Sector 150 , “Logix Blosom” & “Logix County” with 20 towers in each project.

Role- AVP- Operations |Duration- April, 2011 to May, 2012
Joined the Company as “AVP- Operations” in the middle of the Project (manufacturing plant situated in an area of 10 Acres to
manufacture Electrical Switchgears) & got all the pending works completed related to Civil construction works, Mechanical,
Electrical, Plumbing works, HVAC works , Interiors & erection & commissioning of Plant & machinery etc. & started &
streamlined the Production operations. On completion of the project ,headed the Plant Operations as a Profit Centre Head.
M/s HT Burda Media Ltd. Gr. Noida, UP (India)
Role-Plant Head ( GM- Operations) |Duration- Sept 2008 to Dec 2010
HT Burda Media Ltd is a 51- 49 % Joint venture between HT Media Ltd, a leading Newspaper Media Company in the country,
and M/s Burda Druck, Germany for carrying out the Commercial Printing for overseas markets.
From HT Media side, was transferred to HT Burda in Sept. 2008 to set up the State of the Art, Green Field project for
Rotogravure printing press plant, first of its kind in India, from “Concept to commissioning”.
Strategically involved in technology transfer from German engineers & finally operationalizing the plant. On completion of the
project work, headed the Plant Operations as Plant Head to look after the complete operations of the plant.

3. M/s HT Media Ltd, Gr. Noida, UP (India)
Role-DGM – Projects & Engineering |Duration-Dec 2004 to Sept 2008
Joined the Co. in Dec. 2004 during the Project stage & was responsible for execution of the complete project & erection of 3
Printing Presses from MAN Roland Germany) for the State of the Art, Newspaper Printing press plant.
Post completion of the project, headed the Plant Operations for this Newspaper printing press plant “ The Hindustan
Times”. The three main areas were looking after Production, Maintenance & Engineering & Admin. & Plant HR functions.
Also headed various other Green field / brown field projects of the Company at different locations across the country – Navi
Mumbai, Noida, Lucknow etc.
