temporary containment of geothermal brine for the eventual
zero disposal system of 1.163GWe geothermal complex.
Conduct planning, reconnaissance survey and feasibility study
of 80MWe Botong/Rangas-Tanawon Pipeline Interconnection
Project. Considerations among others are made on the access
road and pipe corridor, location of separator station, minimum
earthworks, high NCG content, geohazard risks and tectonic
setting as well as development cost of transmission line.
Responsible for the general site development design of
40MWe Kayabon Geothermal Power Project. Conduct
optimization technique using the right blend between the
location of power plant and separator station vis-à-vis location
of production and reinjection wells for optimum pipe length
and elimination of pump requirement, minimal earth cut for
access road and pipe corridor, minimization of geohazard
risks, transmission line and future expansion.
Responsible for the development of numerical model for
landslide mitigation economics that deals with calculated
risks, risk treatment option, implementation plan, monitoring
and review system. This tool is used to assess all landslide
hotspots in all geothermal site based on key parameters such
as generation loss, direct damage to property and likelihood
of occurrence based on detailed geologic and geotechnical
study.

address unique corrosion damage mechanisms inherent in
geothermal power facilities.
Responsible for the development of master plan for the
condition assessment of power plants with an aggregate
capacity in excess of 1.0GWe. Developed strategic inquiry
and checklist leading to the discovery of weak points and key
power plant components that presents opportunities for
improvement.
Responsible for development of technical specifications for
the civil and structural components including corrosion
protection for both steel and concrete structures for the
40MWe Nasulo and 50MWe Tanawon Geothermal Power
Projects. Derivation of site specific seismicity, hydrology,

find a reasonable value of extreme wind speed necessary for
the right classification of wind turbine generator for 86MWe
Burgos Wind Power Project. This is a critical tool for the
correct application of the allowable capacity of wind turbine
under IEC standard classification that needs to be built in an
