Odoo 15 allows us to create and manage sales teams. A sales team is a group of staff dedicated to selling the product and services of the company to its customers. After building the team the next step is to connect the salespeople to their team so that they can concentrate on the opportunity they are expected to get. So we can split these salespersons into small manageable teams based on Countries/Cities/Regions, Marketing Segments, Sales personas.
2. INTRODUCTION
❖ When you expand the business you will find that you need additional people to manage
specialists' jobs and it's challenging to manage salespersons.
❖ Odoo allows us to create and manage sales teams. A sales team is a group of staff
dedicated to selling the product and services of the company to its customers.
❖ After building the team the next step is to connect the salespeople to their team so that
they can concentrate on the opportunity they are expected to get.
❖ So we can split these salespersons into small manageable teams based on
Countries/Cities/Regions, Marketing Segments, Sales personas.
4. ❖ By selecting the Sales Teams option from the Configuration tab, you can view the list of
Sales Teams along with their Alias, Team Leader, and name of the Company.
5. ❖ To view the details of a specific Sales Team, click on the Sales Team listed.
❖ The name of the Sales Team, whether they carry out Quotations, manage Pipeline and Leads,
Team Details such as name of the Team Leader, Email Alias, Accept Emails From contacts,
name of the Company, Invoicing Target, Assignment Rules such as the Domain and Assigned
Leads Count is displayed.
6. ❖ You can view the details of the members of the sales team listed under the Members tab.
❖ Save the member after specify the details.
7. ❖ You can also add more members by clicking on add button. And from the from we will
get the total assigned leads and individual counts.
8. ❖ The various sorting options (Filters, Group By, Favourite search) in the platform allow
you to easily identify the required data from the whole list.
9. ❖ By using unassigned filter we will get the unassigned leads from leads tree view.
10. ❖ Select one unassigned lead by clicking and specify the salesperson and sales team
name.
11. ❖ Now coming back to the sales team we will get individual counts and total assigned
count of the team
12. ❖ From Sales > Teams we can manage the team from pipeline.
13. ❖ We will get opportunity details of each team, graphical representation of team
opportunity and also target assigned for each team.PIPELINE button will get only after
enabling pipeline option from sales team.
14. ❖ We will get opportunity details of the team like below by clicking on the PIPELINE
button
15. ❖ Click on NEW RENTAL button, So we will get 3 options to set customer.Choose one of
the option and confirm.
16. ❖ The customer will be updated, add the product details and CONFIRM the order.After
confirming we can validate the created DELIVERY and CREATE INVOICE for the order.
17. ❖ We will get created order from the sales team.
21. ❖ So the invoice amount will be updated in team’s pipeline.
22. ❖ You can also define invoicing target for a team from here.

24. ❖ We will get details of each team like reports, creation forms, views etc by clicking on
that 3 dots.
