In odoo 15 While working with your opportunities, you might lose some of them. You will want to keep track of the reasons you lost them and also which ways Odoo can help you recover them in the future. While in your pipeline, select any opportunity you want and you will see a Lost button. You can then select an existing Lost Reason or create a new one right there.

  2. 2. INTRODUCTION ❖ In Customer Relationship Management opportunity management is the key to success. We can create an opportunity once we start a sale deal discussion with a customer. ❖ The stage changes when our discussion progresses and we can say we have won the opportunity when the customer engages in a deal with our firm. ❖ While working with your opportunities, you might lose some of them. You will want to keep track of the reasons you lost them and also which ways Odoo can help you recover them in the future. ❖ While in your pipeline, select any opportunity you want and you will see a Lost button. You can then select an existing Lost Reason or create a new one right there.
  3. 3. ❖ We can manage and view the opportunities from pipeline in CRM module .
  4. 4. ❖ We can see different stages and it’s expected revenue. Thean select one opportunity.
  5. 5. ❖ Mark it as lost by clicking LOST button.
  6. 6. ❖ We can specify lost reason by clicking LOST. Select your reason for Lost and SUBMIT.
  7. 7. ❖ We can see that the opportunity removed from the pipeline stage and updated it’s expected revenue.
  8. 8. ❖ Now we can filter losted opportunities by Lost filter.
  9. 9. ❖ It will be listed like below in kanban view.
  10. 10. ❖ If we need to Group by lost reasons click on Lost Reasons.
  11. 11. ❖ It will be listed like below in kanban view.
  12. 12. ❖ We can create new lost easons from Configuration > Lost reasons.
  13. 13. ❖ We can create new lost easons from Configuration > Lost reasons.
  14. 14. ❖ We will get list view of created lost views and we can create new by clicking CREATE button.
  15. 15. ❖ Enter your reason and SAVE newly created lost reason.
  16. 16. ❖ Odoo allows schedule activity from pipeline. For that click on that icon and schedule the activity.
  17. 17. ❖ We can specify the activity type and date summary etc. about activity and SCHEDULE
  18. 18. ❖ We will get newly added activity from kanban view.
  19. 19. ❖ We can restore the losted opportunities by RESTORE button.
  20. 20. ❖ We can see restored opportunities and updated expected revenue for the stage.
  21. 21. ❖ Here at qualified stage, all the opportunities made losted. Now lets look into how we can restore losted opportunities by batch.
  22. 22. ❖ Change into list view, Select your opportunities and from ACTION click on Unarchive.
  23. 23. ❖ Coming back to the pipeline we can see all the unarchived opportunities are restored to the stage.
