Values are principles, morals, standards, and ideals that we consider
dear and precious in our life. What is value stands for something
important, to be treasured. It shaped by our culture way of life, as people’s
values collectively shape the culture, if not immediately, in the future
especially of today’s multi-flat form of media.
In multi-media, core values serves as an anchor and guide post. It
guides through the journey towards achieving the vision of the system. The
core values with clearly articulated behavioral indicator, defines the
Filipino core values and the kind of people that thrive in our country.
Filipino believes in caring for people, servethem with joyfulness while it
creates and nurture personal connections and authentic relationships that
builds in trust because of honest and clean information on media.
Thus, social media must incorporate values and their best judgment
to balance speed, quality and cost to attain best returns in a constantly
changing competitive environment.
