Tech Support
• Provide technical support on internet connectivity issues which commonly includes no
connection, slow connection, dropping connection and inability to browse
• Troubleshoots issues regarding company provided equipments specifically modems and
modem-routers, including but not limited to – initial set-up, changing of settings and advanced
