I have enjoyed a very diverse and successful technical experience over the last 13 years
having been involved with most of the applications currently in use at Huntington
Hospital. I am very experienced with Active Directory, Windows 2008 Server, 2008
SQL and VMWare Implementation and high end support on many SQL clinical and
revenue cycle applications including:
• Pathways Healthcare Scheduling – Implemented hospital wide patient scheduling
system integrated with ADT system, Medical Necessity application, LDAP, EMR
and periop charting. Performed server migration and all database/application
upgrades.
• McKesson Surgical Manager – Successfully built, configured and implemented
for four surgical departments periop charting integrated with McKesson’s HC
EMR product lines.
• Horizon Patient Folder – Responsible for electronic cold feeds of clinical
documentation from multiple applications into repository for permanent medical
record. Feeds included post script translation, ASCII and HL7 parsing.
• Mammography Reporting Systems – System configuration, deployment,
upgrades, migration and support. Interface setup and support
• Medtronic Paceart – System configuration, deployment, upgrades and support
• Pathways Compliance Advisor – Implementation, configuration and integration.
Responsible for all Knowledge Based updates as well as version updates for
Medical Necessity Checking at time of appointment booking
• McKesson EC2000 Billing Application – System build and implementation.
Only McKesson customer ever allowed to perform unassisted version upgrades.
• RelayHealth EPremis Billing Application – System build and migration of users
from previous billing application. Programming of bridge routines which handle
data corrections and generate edits based on business office requirements.
• RelayHealth RevRunner Eligibilty – System build and implementation.
• Pathways Contract Management – Configuration, implementation, all migrations
and upgrades. Responsible uploads of all new DRG, CPT4, ICD9 and ICD10
codes
• NorthShore IT ICD10 task force – completed system, integration and currently
performing end to end testing for ICD10 regulatory implementation
