Job Scope:
 First level, second level and third level support for all project involved (cover Operating
System, Application, Database, Report and monitoring tools)
 Involved in go-live system for all project declare by department.

2.  Install, maintains and modifies system software and configurations, such as operating
systems, databases, utilities, multiprogramming, and telecommunications system
according to project specifications.
 Involved in project deployment.
 Maintain standards on server system software administration and installation process.
