Designed and led an organizational system process redesign for 3,500 person engineering team leading to a 300% productivity
increase, increasing predictability in delivery ten-fold, reducing of product engineering costs by several million and increasing
customer satisfaction by 11% in just one product cycle.
Responsible for building a high performing, Lean IT organization delivering $120M+ supply chain capabilities annually through
unifying process architecture around SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model of value streams, system capabilities,
and business analytics.
Redesigned and simplified organizational system processes and metrics, enabling teams to receive iterative performance
feedback through development cycles. Through this and team coaching we reduced engineering estimating variance from
150-500% over to within 10-35% over three milestones (9 months).
Design and delivered a yearlong series of workshops with 50 middle management leaders enabling them learn to effectively
run their business, people, and processes day-to-day freeing the senior leadership team to focus on strategy.
