7. Some keys are not working…
If the key is not working try removing the cap on the bad key
then spray a contact cleaner to the key. Never use rubbing
alcohol to clean the key as it will leave a residue. After
cleaning return the key properly and check if it is already
working.

9. The keyboard is not working at all...
Check if the keyboard’s cable is plugged in the correct slot at
the back of the cpu. Check also the pins inside the plug to see if
there are misaligned parts.

13. Sticky keys...
Happen when the shift key is pressed five times in sequence or
holding a modifier key for longer than 5 seconds. To disable
sticky keys, press both Shift keys at the same time. You can also
do it by pressing CTRL and SHIFT key simultaneously.

18. Wrong characters are displayed on the screen
Ensure that you are using the correct language setting for
your computer. If you are, try plugging the keyboard to
another computer if it will produce the same output, If it does
then the keyboard might need a replacement already.

The mouse pointer freezes...
This happens when the computer is processing too many
information that it can't handle already. Wait for a few
seconds and check if you can move again your mouse. Try
to open the task manager also by pressing Ctrl + Alt +
Delete and eng some applications. If it doesn't work then
the last step is to reboot the computer.
20. The mouse pointer is not moving
smoothly...
Regularly clean the surface and bottom of the mouse as they
can easily accumulate dust build up.

22. The mouse is completely not working...
Check if the mouse if plugged in the correct slot at the back of
the CPU. Next check if there is anything blocking the optical
light and remove it.

24. •Disconnect the optical mouse from your PC. The cleaning
process requires turning the mouse over; viewing the
underside of an operational optical mouse may be
injurious to the eyes.

the mouse pads. Excessive debris buildup in these areas can make the mouse's movements
very stiff, so to keep your mouse gliding smoothly, be very thorough when performing

sides of the mouse. Lightly dampen a cotton bUDS and carefully
dab these areas until completely clean.

slow
You can change the setting of how the mouse will move using
the Control Panel. Click on the "Mouse" option then the
Mouse Properties dialog box will appear.

You can change the setting of how the double click will work
by using the Control Panel. Click on the "Mouse" option then
the on the Double click speed set the speed you want on your
computer.
