The recertification program assists clients who have a particular
skill, degree, or professional experience from their home country
that lends itself to professional development and career
advancement.
Eligibility
Macomb and Oakland County Residents
Eligible immigration statuses include Refugees & Asylees (granted
asylum), Cuban/Haitian entrant, Afghans or Iraqis admitted with
Special Immigrant Visas, and victims of human trafficking who have
not yet applied for citizenship.
Our Services
We welcome individuals in need of recertification assistance, career
counseling, case management, employment assistance, and English
as a Second Language instruction.
