What God? I was born and raised a Christian girl. Half of my family is Christian, the other half is Catholic. Before every meal we bow our heads to
pray and thank God for everything he has done for us. I used to attend church with my family every Sunday for years until my parents got
divorced. The thing is, I never understood what was being preached to me. Why am I being taught to learn about a man that no one has seen? The
only real evidence we have of him is written in a book that was made thousands of years ago. I needed more answers. A lot of my friends
participate in youth group activities and even go away to camp for a week with their churches. I had been asked to go on multiple occasions but at
the same time, I am in a world of confusion not knowing what or who to believe in. I would respectfully decline because who am I to go on some
fun little trip where the kids appreciate God when I am not so sure that I do! My mom and I have had countless conversations about what we
believe in and what we do not. My mom attended a private Catholic school until her eleventh grade of high school, so you would think she would be
convinced of God's presence and reality. However, something in my mom's life occurred for her to question her faith. When she was twenty years

as the presence of God which renews and transforms and recreates everything touched by it. The religious philosophy of Judaism during the Second

I grew up in a relatively religious family, however while I attended Catholic school, my family allowed me to form my own opinions and never
forced me to think a certain way. In Catholic school I took religion class and we primarily learned about the history of Catholicism. There was never

Persuasive Essay: Existence of God The debate on the existence of a god has been a popular topic among philosophers. Thomas Aquinas, a famous
Italian philosopher, provided a set of arguments that he believed proved the existence of a god, who brought the world into existence. These arguments
