Link Building in 2024: What Works, What Doesn't, and What's Next
Kiel Long & Cameron Niven
1. As mentioned in the brief, unconscious bias is a huge problem not only in society but also in the
workforce. To help fight against unconscious bias within the workforce, we first need to educate society.
We need to change the perception of the public- although we are moving in the right direction, we aren’t
getting there fast enough. To help push us in the right direction, creating advertisements that shows
prominent and successful people within the business world that are diverse (whether it’s racial, gender,
sexual-orientation, religion, political, economic, status diversity, etc) could be beneficial. These advertise-
ments will ideally make people realize that anyone, despite their gender, ethnicity, beliefs is capable of
anything given the right and fair oppurtunity.
