Ionic Silver (Silver Ions)
• One of the most common forms of
silver
• Small particle size (single ion), but is
less stable, and can easily fall out of
suspension
• Has only one mode of action, and is
quickly neutralized in the body
• Ionic forms of silver are metabolized,
and as a result, can bind up in the
body over time
• Once neutralized, they are no longer of
any use (“One and Done” technology)
Silver Ion (Ag+)
Mild Silver Protein
(Ionic Silver Bound to a Protein)
Same as Ionic Silver,
Except it’s Bound to a Protein
▫ Protein is added to help stabilize the
ionic silver in the water
Less Functional and Useful
Than Traditional Silver Ions
▫ Reduces effectivity
▫ Higher PPM’s required to obtain
desired effect
▫ Also a “One and Done” technology

ABL’s Patented Nano-Silver Particle
or SilverSol Technology®
ABL’s unique SilverSol
Technology® is comprised of a
Metallic Silver Core with a
thin, Silver Oxide Coating
(Ag4O4). This unique
construction gives SilverSol®
multiple modes of action.
SilverSol Technology®
Metallic Silver Core
▫ Not Metabolized by the Body
▫ 3–5 nm Average Particle Size
Multivalent silver oxide coating or
“skin” (Ag4O4)
▫ Attracted to the Surrounding Water
Molecules – Becomes Part of the
Water Structure
▫ More Stable and Bioavailable than
other Silver Particles
Multiple Modes of Action
▫ Ability to Constantly Steal Electrons
▫ Resonant Frequency (890 – 910 THz)
▫ Electrostatic Charge
▫ Patented Technology and Uses
Science Based Technology
ABL Currently Has More Than 300 Reports and Studies on SilverSol
Technology® in Its Portfolio. Some of the Most Interesting Include:
• US NIH Invivo Study on H5N1 Bird Flu (Peer-Reviewed and Published)
• Human Ingestion Case Studies on AIDS Treatment (Peer-Reviewed and
Published)
• Human Ingestion Case Studies on Malaria Treatment (Peer-Reviewed and
Published)
• Material Science Research Documenting ABL’s Unique Particle (Peer-
Reviewed and Published by Penn State University)
• Thousands of Antimicrobial Tests
Safety of SilverSol®

What Else Can SilverSol® Do For You?
• The silver gel can be used as a base ingredient for other
topical products (lotions, toothpaste, etc.)
• The silver liquid can be used as a base ingredient in
topical and internal use products (makeup, aloe gel,
juices, health drinks, supplements, etc.)
• The silver liquid can be used as a natural preservative,
and listed on the label as a “fortified mineral water”
Answers To General Questions About Silver
What Is PPM?
• In the case of a silver liquid, a “ppm” or “part per
million” is a measurement of the amount of
silver contained within the liquid. For example,
if a product stated that it contained 10 ppm of
silver, it would mean that for every million parts
of water there would be 10 parts of silver.
• 1 ppm is equal to: 1 mg/L
Silver Is Not A Heavy Metal
• Heavy metals are those metals that cause
nephropathy (damage to the kidneys). There are
many metals that are nephrotoxic, but silver is
not one of them. (1)(4)
• Examples of heavy metals include: Lead,
Cadmium, Copper, Gold, Bismuth, Arsenic,
Uranium, Chromium, Iron.
EPA RFD (Recommended
Daily Intake Limit)
• The U.S. EPA governs most of
the uses of antimicrobial
products in the U.S.
• The EPA Registration
Eligibility Document states
that the RfD of silver is .005
mg/kg (2)
• This means that the daily
intake limit of silver, for an
average size adult, would be
about an ounce/day of a 10
ppm product.
