Morgan State University will host the 2012 Maryland Junior Science and Humanities Symposium and Innovative STEM Conference from March 8-10. The event aims to connect local middle school, high school, and college students interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields with hands-on demonstrations and opportunities to interact with Army technologies. Students will tour exhibits on campus and hear from senior Army leaders. The following two days, the symposium will be held at a local hotel where students will present their science and technology projects to be judged for participation in a national competition in May. Media are invited to attend events on the first day at Morgan State University.
