needed to lead healthy & fulfilling lives.

understanding of:

 Interpersonal Relationships
 Nutrition
 Personal safety

4. Therefore…
It is extremely important that students are
aware of their own wellbeing. PDHPE
aims to encourage students develop a
healthy life through playing sport, healthy
lifestyle decisions & physical activity.
