Speech On Life Without Fuel
SMALL STEPS OF FUEL CONSERVATION CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE a material that is used in burning or heating something to produce
an energy is a fuel. Almost everything we use is dependent on fuel. From cooking to automobile manufacture and working, fuel plays an
indispensable role. Life without fuel is almost impossible to imagine But, currently, we are facing a gargantuan fuel crisis.moreover, Due to lack of
fuel, it is being imported from other countries at a high price. This can alter the economic development in India. Even in petrol pumps, we find that
cost of petrol is rising gradually! consequently, What would happen if all the oil on the earth disappeared? nevertheless the Mass chaos and panic as
civilization immediately collapsed. The end of oil means the end of transportation –– every supply chain required to run a modern society. The trucks
that feed our cities would stop, and the cars that transport workers to work would become completely useless. This would immediately shut down most
businesses and services in the developed world. This includes the army and...show more content...
They release carbon dioxide, a potent greenhouse gas, into the atmosphere when burned. Because of that, the Environment gets suffered and global
warming obtains its way.Is there a life without fuels possible? Yes! we can live without fossil fuels!! but it will have a global effect on the economy.
We would shift to alternate forms of energy as a substitution for living without fossil fuels. Will the world accept this way? would they really want to
have an eco–friendly society without fuels? the answer is yes it is said that if all peoples needs are fulfilled then they can stand, therefore stop using
fuels gradually and simultaneously work eco–friendly. fuel conservation should be given a place in the society. Fuel conservation should be adopted as
a daily habit. Conserve fuel for a better

Life Without Technology Vs. Life Today?
Before we had personal phones, people had to manage their business by themselves. Before we had buses and trains, people had to walk miles to
their destination. Before we had entertainment devices, kids were limited to a small variety of options to kill time. Before we had advanced
technology, people have resorted to the life of basics, but that does not necessarily mean it was a better time. In fact, if we compare the two realities of
life before simple technology and life today, we would realize that our lives are better due to our complex but advanced webbing of technology.
For decades, technology itself was at a stagnant period with inventions and machinery that came at a slow pace. Life progressed naturally and it was
not until the ninety's that technology boomed, which stimulated our society by speeding up to a better society and an improvement to life itself.
Popular technology evolved, such as the internet, phones, and other devices as well. While a large population believe life was better due to
technology being more simple than it is now, the truth of the argument between life being better when technology was simpler or when technology has
evolved today lies on the side of today. It has given us a convenient way of living as well as making our environment and surroundings superb, and
giving us remarkable devices and inventions that have exceeded our standards. Transportation is much more reliable today than it ever was, bringing an
improvement upon the

Importance Of Life Without Electricity
Life without electricity would be life without refrigerators, microwaves and many other household items. Social media would not exist and we
wouldn't even have time for it if it did. All of our time would be taken up by the time it takes to survive. Electricity is in every aspect of our lives and
we would struggle without it. There are too many factors that would change, without electricity, to stat but the main differences in our lives would be
the amount of information we have gained from electricity, the interactions with electricity in our day–to–day lives, and the social evolvement of
humans through technology. What we have been able to discover and do with electricity is amazing. From Mars rovers that can sense and control its
own movements to a coffee maker that can get us going in the morning with the touch of a button. Electricity can almost solely be attributed as the
reason we have so much knowledge of the universe and even our own planet. As a species, without electricity, we would have been much more
unintelligent and still barely be getting through each day. Without technology, we would still be trying figure out how the universe around us works
and also we would not know nearly as much as we do about our own planet. Electricity has provided us the opportunity to discover an endless amount
of information and has even changed our day–to–day lives drastically.
Life before the discovery and use of electricity was very different from today. Electricity has become

Living Off The Grid Research Paper
Off the grid defined as not requiring utilities, such as electricity, water, sewer, natural gas, heat, insurance, cars and other services. To truly live off
the grid means to have a home that operates without the assistance of any public services. However, to achieve this independence, is to use
renewable energy sources, such as wind, solar or geothermal. Generators and fuel reserves needed. Another way is to do without electricity.
However, doing without water is not an option you need water to survive. Therefore, living off the grid you must have a water source, such as a

Life without Modern Gadgets
LIFE WITHOUT MODERN GADETS................
A lifestyle without the modern gadgets, sounds quite a hard life to live. But lets look deep and analyse both sides of this.
Life de–modernised would be a time consuming one requiring a lot of time and effort, for example, can u imagine urself carrying around your home
stereo, you cannot!!.. instead we have mp3 players and iPod's too boost our speed in life.
Although there are so many negatives to be seen on the surface when considering a lifestyle without modern gadgets, we as people have actually
forgotten the beauty and simplicity of life without modern technology. The simplicity of learning to do things by yourself instead of a 'machine', the
simplicity of working together physically...show more content...

The Importance of Electricity
What is Electricity?
Electricity is one of the most powerful forces in our lives. As a matter of fact, it can even kill you. The most vital part of electricity is called electric
energy. This is what we commonly think of when we hear the word electricity. "Electricity" reminds us of anything that we plug into an electrical
outlet in order to make it work, such as lights, refrigerators, video games, microwaves, and computers. Scientists discovered ways to produce electric
energy in large amounts in order to make heat, light and motion. These discoveries have improved our lives greatly and for many of us it would be
difficult to picture what life would be like without electricity.
What Are Some of the Problems With Electricity and...show more content...
Electrical signals from our brain causes our muscle movements. Electrical signals cause each heartbeat. One of the most important forms of electricity
is in electrical current. During the industrial revolution of the 1800s, people began to find ways to use electricity to do work. Today electricity is used
throughout our homes, at work, in communication, in transportation, and in medicine and science. Electrically powered devices are prevalent.
Relatively cheap electricity has made electrical appliances, machines, and other devices possible.
Why is Electricity Important?
Everything in our world is powered by electricity, it is the most common source of power and it convenient. Things move faster with electricity.
Electricity is important because it is used in everday life. You use electricity for light, heat, medical necessities, such as ventilators, respirators, etc and
many other things. We would be lost without electricity.

The World Is Without Energy
Where would the world be without energy? Well, the answer is nowhere, the earth wouldn't exist because there would be no nuclear fission of
hydrogen occurring on the sun and the earth the earth would freeze over and fall into darkness. Where would we be if there was no energy? We
wouldn't exist, energy is vital to us it provides us with heat and gives us food to eat, and oxygen to breathe. To be more specific no life would exist
without energy, energy is a vital resource to the survival of mankind. Energy has given us the ability to do extraordinary things such as build
amazing structures that shield us from danger throughout the world, it allows us to travel the entire world in hours. It allows us to pick up things
heavier than any man can lift. It allows us to move faster than anyone can move, energy allows us to see in the darkest places. Energy powers our
city's, our home's, our computers, our stoves, and everything we need to survive. The ability to harness energy from a variety of sources is the most
innovative discoveries to ever occur and the reason why we can do the unimaginable. Energy is also an important part of our society it provides us
with the means to automotive and buildings, two of the greatest innovations ever. Energy is a vital resource to mankind; it gives us life, it gives us the
ability innovate and do the impossible it allows us to build a structure that protects us from bad climate and natural disasters, it allows us to move

Speech On Life Without Water
I choose the water cycle because water is a basic necessity of life and every human in the world will have an impact on it one way or the other.
From the moments we wake up through the activities of the day right to when we go to sleep, water plays a major role in all that we do. Imagining
a life without water is kind of unimaginable. Water has been around long before I was born so it's difficult to imagine what life will be like without
it. Since water is more of a public good, we tend to take it for granted just like the air we breathe.
I use water for almost everything; I use water for brushing my teeth, taking my bath, washing the plates, laundry, flushing the toilet, bathing my dog
(Optimus), cooking and for my friends who swim, without water they wouldn't get that privilege to dive into the pool.
This water which I get to use to do all these activities goes through a cycle before getting to me the final consumer. From natural processes such as
evaporation, sublimation, condensation and precipitation. The water from the Ghana Water Company (which is the institution that treats and distributes
water to various homes) goes through various processes before flowing through the taps in the kitchen and bathroom.
Each time I drive my father's car from the house without using public transport, I contribute to the build–up of greenhouse gasses which the old car
emits.
The electricity I use at home to charge my phone and laptop, to power the fridge, to iron my shirt, to heat food in the microwave all comes from the
electricity from the national dam which powers the entire country. So anytime my use of electricity increases, more water is needed to meet the
growing load needed to meet demand.
Most items we buy from the markets and shopping centres are produced in factories where water is used somewhere in the production line. The
pollution from these factories and multimillion dollar industries leaves a huge adverse impact on the water cycle such as the rain acid condition which
destroys plants and reduces their ability to aid in the evaporation process. Also toxic chemicals from such factories finds their way into groundwater and
other sources of water. The increase consumerism which comes with modernity and

An Entire Day Without Electricity For most people living in the industrialised world, electricity is one of the basic necessities. Electricity has

Electricity: Electrical Grids
Imagining life without electricity is like life without air. As the development is at its pace, the advancement is not possible without the consumption
of electric power. Despite of the fact that we took electricity for granted, the present increasing demands for electricity cannot be fulfilled. For over
more than a century, coal and other fossil fuels has been used by the power plants as the most favoured resource for power generation. This process is
carried out with the help of the grids. Presently, more than 70% of the total global energy demand is satisfied by the burning of fossil fuels. If we
continue to utilize fossil fuels to meet the needs of present generation, soon they will get exhausted and our future...show more content...
1.3.2 Looped: In looped system, the grid networks are interconnected. It is also called Parallel Path flow system. It is also possible for electricity
to flow from one network to the other and then back again to the original, i.e., a looped flow. In this setup, issues can arise with controlling the flow
of the electricity at the point(s) of network contact. [4] 1.3.3 Mesh: It is a network involving the radial structure including redundant lines, which are
added additionally to the main line and are organized in such a way that they act as backups for the purpose of rerouting the power in case of failure
occurring in the main line. 1.4 Grid Networks Electrical grids are composed of a large number of smaller electrical networks linked together into a
large network which is known as Wide Area Synchronous Grid or "interconnection". It allows the independent networks in a particular area which is
bound to be connected by the synchronization of the electrical frequency in between them. 1.5 Grid Developments Present grid networks are oriented
for conventional power generation but are not capable of handling the varied conditions and losses in transmission and inconveniences of power

My Life Without Electricity
`What would my life be without electricity?
Human life now has been shaped by lead by electricity from the day it was discovered. Electricity pushed humans forward and made things that only
seemed like dreams become a reality. Everything in our world now has been built around the need of electricity. We depend on electricity for almost
everything in our lives, whether you realize it or not. Your alarm wakes you up in the morning, you turn the lights on so you can see, the air
conditioner is on so it is cool. We are surrounded by things that use electricity.
Life would become Survival of the fittest and would lead to anarchy. Your neighbor is now competing with you for food. There would become new
leaders that stand out to lead smaller group of people than countries. Life would be extremely difficult and would take a long time before everything
began to run smoothly again. When you had a problem, you wouldn't just google it you have to go meet face to face to discuss everything. Every
aspect of our lives would be changed.
If electricity was suddenly taken away from the world the first thing people would notice is that their devices don't work. We would be thrown back in
time hundreds of years and have to relearn everything that we know. Cooking wouldn't be the same, we wouldn't have refrigeration to keep our food
fresh for days at a time. We would have to hunt for the food that we eat so it stays fresh. We would have to cook without stove

How Did Benjamin Franklin Use Electricity
Obviously without electricity, you wouldn't be able to enjoy your daily explorations of the Day! What a horrible thought! But don't worry.
Electricity does exist and it allows us to enjoy life in so many ways. Since electricity is a natural force that exists in our world, it didn't have to be
invented. It did, however, have to be discovered and understood. Most people give credit to Benjamin Franklin for discovering electricity. Benjamin
Franklin had one of the greatest scientific minds of his time. He was interested in many areas of science, made many discoveries, and invented many
things, including bifocal glasses. In the mid–1700s, he became interested in electricity. Up until that time, scientists had mainly known about and
experimented with static...show more content...
In order to show that lightning was electricity, he flew a kite during a thunderstorm. He tied a metal key to the kite string to conduct the electricity. Just
as he thought, electricity from the storm clouds transferred to the kite and electricity flowed down the string and gave him a flutter. He's lucky that he
didn't get hurt, but he didn't mind the shock since it proved his idea. Building upon Franklin's work, many other scientists studied electricity and began
to understand more about how it works. For example, in 1879, Thomas Edison invented the electric light bulb and our world has been brighter ever
since! But was Benjamin Franklin really the first person to discover electricity? Maybe not! At the turn of the 17th century, English scientist William
Gilbert established the science underlying the study of electricity and magnetism. Inspired by Gilbert's work, another Englishman, Sir Thomas Browne,
made further investigations and wrote books about his findings. Gilbert and Browne are given credit with being the first scientists to use the term
"electricity." Scientists have found evidence that ancient peoples may have experimented with electricity,

Living Without
The things I could not live without fall into two categories, material and emotional. There are many objects, people, and inventions I could not imagine
living without, but my top three are electricty, family, and hot showers. I could not imagine living without electricity because everything we use
nowadays need electricity to work. Another thing I could not imagine living without is of course my family. My family is one of the reasons why I'm
here today. They have stuck with me and supported me through my journey. Lastly is hot showers, even though people say you can take ashower in the
lake, hot showers have so much more meaning. And I mean lakes are disgusting let's just admit it.
The most important thing I could not imagine living without is electricity. Electricity is one of the things that keep us alive everyday. From the
moment we open our eyes in the morning, we use electricity at home, office or school until the time we go to bed in the evening. Electricity can
help do so many tasks such as: heating up our food when it is cold, providing us light so we can see when we are lost, and typing essays like this
one. These are basic tasks that help comforts humans everyday lives. There are not many inventions that do not need electricity to run, For example,
these are some devices that need electricity in order for these to work: Cellphones, tablets, computers, microwaves, and pretty much anything else we
use on a everyday basis. Electricity is one of the most important

Life Without Technology Essay
Technology does not help Americans to become more intellectual it only ditures individuals from important aspects of life. By not using technology
individuals are left to reflect and evolve mentally. As Americans use technology more their concern for others become less prevalent. The use of
technology to make change or impact in the world will never be as effective as facing it head on. Technology can only do so such it can not bring
families closer to each other or God. Therefore, Americans need for technology does nothing but bring them farther away from their family, distract
them from important aspects in the real world, and does not help them to evolve mentally at any extent.
Many argue that life without technology is a happier and more advanced life all together that makes individuals reflect. Thoreau, well known
transcendentalist, gives Americans needed advice by asserting "awake, not by mechanical aids(1)", putting down technology as a whole. Americans
can see technology as a corrupt power that controls and keeps them surrounded in fiction. As Thoreau goes on he gives Americans the idea that
technology can not make a substantial like humans can. Near the end of the passage Thoreau gives context on mental advancement by saying "My
head is hands and feet.(6)", therefore, affirming the idea mind over technology as a better avenue of life. As Thoreau says this Americans are
influenced to drop technology and become attuned to the real world.
By using technology

Much of today's world relies almost entirely on the power of electricity to remain functional. From making a cup of coffee in the morning to brushing
our teeth in the evening, our daily activities are dependent on the incredible power that electricity provides. Needless to say, a world without electricity

feel as though I have become reliant on these luxuries physically, socially, and even mentally.
A life without electricity today would pose a variety of new challenges. Many of the mundane activities I perform daily are reliant on electricity. I rely
on its power to accomplish basic tasks that are necessary for survival. In this way, I have developed a physical reliance on electricity and its power.

Pros And Cons Of Life Without Technology
Did a life without technology ever exist? Of course, there was a time without technology, but it is hard to imagine because we are so dependent upon
it now. People today depend on technology from the time their cell phone alarm goes off in the morning until the time they go to bed to literally
recharge at night. To say that we rely on technology is an understatement. Society would literally be lost on a long dark road to nowhere without
technology. Imagine how distraught the world would be if all data was cut off for even an hour. As a society, we depend on technology for directions,
addresses, phone numbers, a source of information, and communication.

"Little by little, Internet and mobile technology seems to be subtly destroying the meaningfulness of interactions we have with others, disconnecting us
from the world around us, and leading to an imminent sense of isolation in today's society". Face to face conversations form a bond between friends,
family, and coworkers that makes a lasting human connection "not just someone whose disembodied text voice pops up on your cellphone, iPad, or
computer screen (Nilles, Melissa).
People no longer have "people skills". Shopping is done from home. No more standing in long lines at the grocery store, department stores,
restaurants, or even the banks. There is also a doctor's office online, Teledoc. Why would anyone ever want or have to leave the comfort of their own
home when everything can be done from their favorite chair? Computers are replacing the need for hard print books and newspapers. Libraries are
being replaced by Wi–Fi hotspots. There is no need to remember any information when a flash drive can be used (Williams, Madison).
It is hard to argue that technology has not improved life as we know it. Medical advancements have made it possible to live longer, cellphones
enable us to text or call to say, "Hello" whenever we would like. Computers allow us to surf the internet and discover endless possibilities of
knowledge and watch cute puppy videos. Machines make manual labor much easier and less manual. "Humanity is acquiring all the right technology

Life Without Money In Life
People cannot refuse the importance of money because most things rather necessary or not require money. Just like you need food and water to stay
alive, you also need money to survive. It is complicated to be sustainable in life without money because it is a basic need. Moral of the story is in order
to live a enjoyable life or just , you need money. From buying the necessary things such as renting a home to paying bills, you'll need money for
everything. Now a days you cannot imagine life without money and with that said it is important to have a genuine balance between your expenses and
your money.
Although money is important for everyday life, there are still people who hold different views regarding the concept of money not being everything.
Yes, money may not be everything but it is a mean for attaining satisfaction of happiness in life. Here are some aspects that indicate the necessariness of
money.
One is that money is all about being self dependent. Money makes one self dependent which makes you no longer dependent on anyone but instead
have the ability to live your life desires on your own. With the help of money, you'll have the ability to buy any and everything you could possiblewant
without asking others for it. With that said you can say that money gives you the power to become self dependent.

Speech On Life Without Fuel

  • 1. Speech On Life Without Fuel SMALL STEPS OF FUEL CONSERVATION CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE a material that is used in burning or heating something to produce an energy is a fuel. Almost everything we use is dependent on fuel. From cooking to automobile manufacture and working, fuel plays an indispensable role. Life without fuel is almost impossible to imagine But, currently, we are facing a gargantuan fuel crisis.moreover, Due to lack of fuel, it is being imported from other countries at a high price. This can alter the economic development in India. Even in petrol pumps, we find that cost of petrol is rising gradually! consequently, What would happen if all the oil on the earth disappeared? nevertheless the Mass chaos and panic as civilization immediately collapsed. The end of oil means the end of transportation –– every supply chain required to run a modern society. The trucks that feed our cities would stop, and the cars that transport workers to work would become completely useless. This would immediately shut down most businesses and services in the developed world. This includes the army and...show more content... Because of that, the Environment gets suffered and global warming obtains its way.Is there a life without fuels possible? Yes! we can live without fossil fuels!! but it will have a global effect on the economy. We would shift to alternate forms of energy as a substitution for living without fossil fuels. Will the world accept this way? would they really want to have an eco–friendly society without fuels? the answer is yes it is said that if all peoples needs are fulfilled then they can stand, therefore stop using fuels gradually and simultaneously work eco–friendly. fuel conservation should be given a place in the society. • 2. Life Without Technology Vs. Life Today? Before we had personal phones, people had to manage their business by themselves. Before we had buses and trains, people had to walk miles to their destination. Before we had entertainment devices, kids were limited to a small variety of options to kill time. Before we had advanced technology, people have resorted to the life of basics, but that does not necessarily mean it was a better time. In fact, if we compare the two realities of life before simple technology and life today, we would realize that our lives are better due to our complex but advanced webbing of technology. For decades, technology itself was at a stagnant period with inventions and machinery that came at a slow pace. Life progressed naturally and it was not until the ninety's that technology boomed, which stimulated our society by speeding up to a better society and an improvement to life itself. Popular technology evolved, such as the internet, phones, and other devices as well. While a large population believe life was better due to technology being more simple than it is now, the truth of the argument between life being better when technology was simpler or when technology has evolved today lies on the side of today. It has given us a convenient way of living as well as making our environment and surroundings superb, and giving us remarkable devices and inventions that have exceeded our standards. Transportation is much more reliable today than it ever was, bringing an improvement upon the Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Social media would not exist and we wouldn't even have time for it if it did. All of our time would be taken up by the time it takes to survive. Electricity is in every aspect of our lives and we would struggle without it. There are too many factors that would change, without electricity, to stat but the main differences in our lives would be the amount of information we have gained from electricity, the interactions with electricity in our day–to–day lives, and the social evolvement of humans through technology. What we have been able to discover and do with electricity is amazing. From Mars rovers that can sense and control its own movements to a coffee maker that can get us going in the morning with the touch of a button. Electricity can almost solely be attributed as the reason we have so much knowledge of the universe and even our own planet. As a species, without electricity, we would have been much more unintelligent and still barely be getting through each day. Without technology, we would still be trying figure out how the universe around us works and also we would not know nearly as much as we do about our own planet. Electricity has provided us the opportunity to discover an endless amount of information and has even changed our day–to–day lives drastically. • 6. The Importance of Electricity What is Electricity? Electricity is one of the most powerful forces in our lives. As a matter of fact, it can even kill you. The most vital part of electricity is called electric energy. This is what we commonly think of when we hear the word electricity. "Electricity" reminds us of anything that we plug into an electrical outlet in order to make it work, such as lights, refrigerators, video games, microwaves, and computers. Scientists discovered ways to produce electric energy in large amounts in order to make heat, light and motion. These discoveries have improved our lives greatly and for many of us it would be difficult to picture what life would be like without electricity. Well, the answer is nowhere, the earth wouldn't exist because there would be no nuclear fission of hydrogen occurring on the sun and the earth the earth would freeze over and fall into darkness. Where would we be if there was no energy? We wouldn't exist, energy is vital to us it provides us with heat and gives us food to eat, and oxygen to breathe. To be more specific no life would exist without energy, energy is a vital resource to the survival of mankind. Energy has given us the ability to do extraordinary things such as build amazing structures that shield us from danger throughout the world, it allows us to travel the entire world in hours. It allows us to pick up things heavier than any man can lift. It allows us to move faster than anyone can move, energy allows us to see in the darkest places. • 9. Speech On Life Without Water I choose the water cycle because water is a basic necessity of life and every human in the world will have an impact on it one way or the other. From the moments we wake up through the activities of the day right to when we go to sleep, water plays a major role in all that we do. Imagining a life without water is kind of unimaginable. Water has been around long before I was born so it's difficult to imagine what life will be like without it. Since water is more of a public good, we tend to take it for granted just like the air we breathe. I use water for almost everything; I use water for brushing my teeth, taking my bath, washing the plates, laundry, flushing the toilet, bathing my dog (Optimus), cooking and for my friends who swim, without water they wouldn't get that privilege to dive into the pool. This water which I get to use to do all these activities goes through a cycle before getting to me the final consumer. From natural processes such as evaporation, sublimation, condensation and precipitation. The water from the Ghana Water Company (which is the institution that treats and distributes water to various homes) goes through various processes before flowing through the taps in the kitchen and bathroom. Each time I drive my father's car from the house without using public transport, I contribute to the build–up of greenhouse gasses which the old car emits. The electricity I use at home to charge my phone and laptop, to power the fridge, to iron my shirt, to heat food in the microwave all comes from the electricity from the national dam which powers the entire country. So anytime my use of electricity increases, more water is needed to meet the growing load needed to meet demand. Most items we buy from the markets and shopping centres are produced in factories where water is used somewhere in the production line. The pollution from these factories and multimillion dollar industries leaves a huge adverse impact on the water cycle such as the rain acid condition which destroys plants and reduces their ability to aid in the evaporation process. Also toxic chemicals from such factories finds their way into groundwater and other sources of water. The increase consumerism which comes with modernity and Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 11. Electricity: Electrical Grids Imagining life without electricity is like life without air. As the development is at its pace, the advancement is not possible without the consumption of electric power. Despite of the fact that we took electricity for granted, the present increasing demands for electricity cannot be fulfilled. For over more than a century, coal and other fossil fuels has been used by the power plants as the most favoured resource for power generation. This process is carried out with the help of the grids. Presently, more than 70% of the total global energy demand is satisfied by the burning of fossil fuels. If we continue to utilize fossil fuels to meet the needs of present generation, soon they will get exhausted and our future...show more content... 1.3.2 Looped: In looped system, the grid networks are interconnected. It is also called Parallel Path flow system. It is also possible for electricity to flow from one network to the other and then back again to the original, i.e., a looped flow. In this setup, issues can arise with controlling the flow of the electricity at the point(s) of network contact. [4] 1.3.3 Mesh: It is a network involving the radial structure including redundant lines, which are added additionally to the main line and are organized in such a way that they act as backups for the purpose of rerouting the power in case of failure occurring in the main line. 1.4 Grid Networks Electrical grids are composed of a large number of smaller electrical networks linked together into a large network which is known as Wide Area Synchronous Grid or "interconnection". It allows the independent networks in a particular area which is bound to be connected by the synchronization of the electrical frequency in between them. 1.5 Grid Developments Present grid networks are oriented for conventional power generation but are not capable of handling the varied conditions and losses in transmission and inconveniences of power Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 12. My Life Without Electricity `What would my life be without electricity? Human life now has been shaped by lead by electricity from the day it was discovered. Electricity pushed humans forward and made things that only seemed like dreams become a reality. Everything in our world now has been built around the need of electricity. We depend on electricity for almost everything in our lives, whether you realize it or not. Your alarm wakes you up in the morning, you turn the lights on so you can see, the air conditioner is on so it is cool. We are surrounded by things that use electricity. Life would become Survival of the fittest and would lead to anarchy. Your neighbor is now competing with you for food. There would become new leaders that stand out to lead smaller group of people than countries. Life would be extremely difficult and would take a long time before everything began to run smoothly again. When you had a problem, you wouldn't just google it you have to go meet face to face to discuss everything. Every aspect of our lives would be changed. If electricity was suddenly taken away from the world the first thing people would notice is that their devices don't work. We would be thrown back in time hundreds of years and have to relearn everything that we know. Cooking wouldn't be the same, we wouldn't have refrigeration to keep our food fresh for days at a time. We would have to hunt for the food that we eat so it stays fresh. We would have to cook without stove Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 13. How Did Benjamin Franklin Use Electricity Obviously without electricity, you wouldn't be able to enjoy your daily explorations of the Day! What a horrible thought! But don't worry. Electricity does exist and it allows us to enjoy life in so many ways. Since electricity is a natural force that exists in our world, it didn't have to be invented. It did, however, have to be discovered and understood. Most people give credit to Benjamin Franklin for discovering electricity. Benjamin Franklin had one of the greatest scientific minds of his time. He was interested in many areas of science, made many discoveries, and invented many things, including bifocal glasses. In the mid–1700s, he became interested in electricity. Up until that time, scientists had mainly known about and experimented with static...show more content... In order to show that lightning was electricity, he flew a kite during a thunderstorm. He tied a metal key to the kite string to conduct the electricity. Just as he thought, electricity from the storm clouds transferred to the kite and electricity flowed down the string and gave him a flutter. He's lucky that he didn't get hurt, but he didn't mind the shock since it proved his idea. Building upon Franklin's work, many other scientists studied electricity and began to understand more about how it works. For example, in 1879, Thomas Edison invented the electric light bulb and our world has been brighter ever since! But was Benjamin Franklin really the first person to discover electricity? Maybe not! At the turn of the 17th century, English scientist William Gilbert established the science underlying the study of electricity and magnetism. Inspired by Gilbert's work, another Englishman, Sir Thomas Browne, made further investigations and wrote books about his findings. Gilbert and Browne are given credit with being the first scientists to use the term "electricity." Scientists have found evidence that ancient peoples may have experimented with electricity, Get more content on HelpWriting.net

It has also become a part of every person's life and one cannot think of a world without electricity. We utilize electricity in our day to day life, in enormous ways. It is used for lighting, fans, electronic gadgets and domestic appliances like using electric heaters, A/C, refrigerator and many other appliances. All these provide comfort in life. In factories, large machines are running because of electricity. Essential items like food, cloth, paper and many other things are the product of the factories who runs on electricity. Modern means of transportation and communication have been revolutionised by electricity. Electric trains and battery cars are quick means of transportation. Electricity also provides means of entertainment like radio, television and cinema, cell phones which are the most common and popular forms of entertainment are the result of electricity.
