She then assists them in better aligning the talent within their organization in order to reach and exceed performance goals. She runs the Recruiting service offering at the Ray & Barney Group in Columbus, OH. Chasity Kuttrus brings many years of Human Resources expertise to the organization. She started her career at Andersen Consulting driving the HR and recruiting efforts for the organization. Her next role was at NC Group, a consulting organization based in Columbus, OH. There, Chasity managed the Operations and entire HR effort. Prior to joining Ray & Barney Group, she was the Director of Human Resources for the America’s at NCR. Chasity is a results-oriented executive with comprehensive and progressive experience creating, planning, implementing and directing HR strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments. She is also recognized as an exceptional leader with the ability to pull diverse groups together to achieve common goals. Chasity has appeared as a keynote speaker at many forums. She spoke on "Personal Branding" at American Electric Power, "Accelerating Your Career" at The Ohio State University, and "Effective Career Management Skills" at WomenIn. Her other speaking engagements covered topics such as "The New Age Leadership, The Partnership of HR & Technology, Top Grading, Core Competency Alignment, the DNA of future Leaders.” In addition, Chasity is the current Chair-Elect at the YWCA – Columbus. She is a member of SHRM, Columbus Technology Council, and the Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers her time at her church in Dublin, OH and in her neighborhood association – sitting on the board of both associations. She is an advisor with the GroundWork Group a local technology advisory group that helps non-profit organizations move their technology forward through shared resources. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Chasity holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources.
