parked, nearwhere MerchantStreet anglesintoit,the twomainstreetsof olddowntownVacaville,
California,mostlybuiltinthe 1880s, but foundedin~1840s, and we’re acrossthe streetfromthe ~1858
PonyExpressstationnearthe clocktowerplaza southof us on the same side of Main Street.
The viewto the SW fromus is where Merchant Streetis,adjacentandparallelingMerchantabove toits
westside, wasthe course of a large orange sphere traveledinthe air, adjacenttoMerchanton parallel
to the streetwestof it are neighborhoods.Itistravelingtowardsustothe NE. Overthe neighborhoods,
a large glowingorange redsphere at~1,000’ to ~1,500’ iscomingtowardsus visible overatall 1-story
buildingonthe cornerof the parkinglot, and thenit moves above the trees onDobbinsStreettoa point
due westof us, whichis the westside of the parkinglot.Thenit climbsslowly,andwhenoverusto
~2,500 and higherto~4,000, itwas interceptedbyawing-sphere makingaU-turnfroma formationof 5
more, to formup with our loneroverthe librarypark,thenthe pairtravelingSErejoiningasquadronof
5 more ina departure manuevertogether.
The sphere closesttous wouldbe indiameterthe equivalentof a727 airliner,nowindowsand
completelysilentglowingorange red.Tothe Southeastof usis anotherclusterof orange spheres
spottedbyJess.We had parkedour vehiclesinthislotwith10-hourparking.
There isa small civil aviationaircraft alsowestof usthatwas flyingtothe South at ~1,500’ and we could
hearits piston engine faintly.Tothe easthighup at >20,000 isan airlinerglintinginthe sunlighthighup
and whose contrail travelingnorth, gave usa reference pointtothe orange spheres’ squadronelevation
at perhapsup to ~7,000’. 20-milestothe west is TravisAFBwhichwe thoughtmighthave seen
somethingonradar, or the civil aviationpilot,oranyone else.Butnoreportslocallywere publishedor
aired,butthere were internationallyasJesscheckedonsuch the nextday.4 siteingsinParis,France;
SouthAfrica,and Australia.
I, Brock,have my smartphone,quicklymakingsure itsrecording, itsheldinbothmy handsheld
horizontally.Iam lookingwithone eye overthe cameraandone on itsscreen.Tryingtoholdmy breath
inthe excitementtokeepitsteady. Realizingthe one Orange Sphere comingupoverthe oldtownis
movingslowly, IyieldtoJess’excitmentgettingmyattentionstandingafew feetawaybehindme.Iam
facingand lookingSW, turningmyheadSE to see whathe seestocountthem.Lookingback at the
orange sphere coming towardsand rightover us on itscourse until interceptedanditchangeddirection,
we are bothamazedand excited.Sometimestalkingovereachotherandmakingsome wordsindistinct
for transcriptionbelow from the recording.
The visualsare clearof the orange sphere definition,althoughiPhonestendtobluratdistance and
reduce size of objects. I trackedthe sphere fairlywellwiththe phonecamera,and justasthe Moon is
much smallerinApplecamoptics,so isthe orange sphere;whereas tothe eye inperson,itwasmuch
more significantthanitappearsonthe recording,thoughyoucansee some variationinitshuesorange
redas itglowed.Iwastryingto steadymyself ona cementedge,andconsciousIshouldnarrate what

Jess is the finestvideographer who can think whilehe’s recordingand redirect action.I’ve seen Jess’ video of WWII
Colonel Warren’s Tuskegee Airman’s restored Stearman trainer biplane,flown by our mutual friend WWII Colonel
Duncan Miller.Jess knows how to track action and is very observantas a professional videographer,as I am, only
he’s better; but I had the smartphone handy. I’m good at writingdramatic form, but words failed me. I was doing
justthe facts ma’am in real time aware others would be curious aboutthe context of what we saw and recorded.
This was wholly out of our experience of any airshow.I have written 129 advanced aerospaceproposal
ghostwriting background about target drones and combat flight-test ranges and other fancy robotic stuff. I design
mission goalsfor Asteroid Detection, Deflection, and Development (ADDD) for free-marketeers, see

or among privaterocketeers likethis.
Nor do I have any reason to think there is really is a stockpileof slightly bentUFOs being recycled by incompetent
techno-bureaucrats.I have dismissed such as sciencefiction,or people with an overactiveimagination or need for
attention when offering personal testimonies on Bell or Nouri’s latenight interviews classed in with more
uncredibleparanormal accounts.I no longer have that attitude, yet have a rational responsibility to the future of

to do something more positiveas itmay relate to these Orange Spheres or the event of Jess or me seeing them.

4. There are other reported shapes,from diamonds,mother ships and probes by a trustworthy woman I know and
her friend. Yes, we have aircraftlikethatwith recon drones that detach from wings and return, and that was over
25 years ago; but still nothinglikethe capability of these Orange Spheres. I am writingthis 9JAN2021 because
today I discovered a Facebook sitecalled “OrangeLights in the Sky” with 228 followers and 225 likes.I pushed all
else asideto write this.Then I will look atcompatriots’videos knowing what I will find in similarity,and be looking
for distinctions.
Jess and I concluded they were not hostileunless one counts reconnaissanceas that.Listeningto UFOologists
discussthe politicsof greys and greens and Earth leaders,is a bit much still for me to countenance. However, we
theorize that they were very fastspacecraftto which gravity didn’t phasein the least.If one is lookingfor time
travel capability,then you would have to have a very fastspacecraftto go back to the position of where Earth is,
sincethe Earth and Sol it orbits aretravelingat 65,000mph “northpole direction”and undulatingaboveand below
the Milky Way’s galactic plane,as itorbits the entire galaxy aboutevery 185-milion years.To back in time to a
desired time like2013,you’d have to go quite a bit faster than 65,000mph to get to the geospatial “when point”
you want. Once there, then you can activateyour time machineand you won’t appear in black space,but over
Vacaville,or Paris or in the southern hemisphere to show your presence either deliberately,or those in the Orange
Spheres or their sensors,areon a History class field trip,perhaps both.
In that lastregard,itmay be important that Jess or I sawthese things.Why? I have become more active in Liberty

are now entering to measure its gas and dust. A fastcraftis needed to see what’s ahead and where the Solar
System will go through a thin or thick density.There will beanother above the Sun to see what its bow wave
encounters, and then one above the northpole’s van Allen Radiation Belts and Earth’s magnetosphere that is
funnelingwarmed gas and dust down onto the Arctic. It has melted at a rate that logically exceeds the CO2 build or
Earth’s elliptical orbitaround the Sun that oscillates 49,000 times in what is known as Sergei Milankovitch Cycles
that alter the proximity to the Sun slightly.At present and for 12,000 years the northern hemisphere’s winters and
summers will beat a time when we are closer to the Sun. My team added these together and came up with a
shortfall in energy that was in some part answered by Dr. Paul Janke’s research into 14 galactic arms wetravel
through, and we are entering the 2nd worst when the gas and dust shifts asteroids and comets to pepper us to the
extinction of 40% of lifeon Earth duringthe next 2.5Myr into Orion’s spiral armand 2.5Myrs out. Long before then
as were the dinosaurs stressed,the heat builds up and that may be as simpleas the gas & dust is warmed by sol
and dumped on us.
Knowing what we are up against,builders and insurers can adaptto risks nimbly,wewon’t succumb to perpetual
