It is my great pleasure to have the opportunity to recommend Mary Francis for
promotion to unit manager. In my experience with Mary, I found her to be mature
and professional. This is not to imply she takes herself too seriously, she also
has a good sense of humor.
She was a foreclosure representative. In that position, she was able to manage
a relatively large portfolio, manage her vendors, peers, and her queue. She did
this while being empathic to her customers and offering them plans to keep their
homes. She was careful to have her files worked up for sale in a timely manor,
had her vacant properties winterized, and followed up for surplus funds when
necessary. Her attention to detail, her ownership of the process has made her
the success she has become.
In her relatively short tenure with the company, she has received several awards:
She was the Profitable Growth Star for the second quarter of 2002,
CLEAR award winner for the second quarter of 2002
4 Star Performer nominee for the months of June and August of 2002
Employee of the Month for June 2002.
I haven’t supervised her since January 2003, but I know she has won the $5,000.
Four star award because I saw her picture on the web. It did not surprise me
because of the work ethic she displayed under my direct supervision. I would
love to have Mary as a peer, and if I were in a position to hire her as a manager, I
would not hesitate. I would wish her the best of luck, but I know her skills will
take her where she wants to go.
Sincerely,
