To whom it may concern,
This is my letter of personal recommendation for Desmond Marzett. I have known Desmond since
the summer of 2013 when I began working as his assistant at an apartment community in the Fremont area of
Seattle named Collage. While working for Desmond, he not only communicated well with me about what
job duties needed to be accomplished while I was working at the property, but also acknowledged my desire
to become a property manager myself and helped me to grow and develop the skills I would need to
accomplish this goal. In addition, during the time period I worked for Desmond at Collage, I witnessed him
handle resident questions and concerns professionally, effectively and within a timely manner. It was very
clear from the time I started working with Desmond that he takes a lot of pride in the quality of all the work
he does, everything from making an apartment seeker feel comfortable and right at home while he shows
them around the property, to preparing a delicious gourmet spread for his community resident events. Once I
became a property manager in the winter of 2013, Desmond continued to be a pillar of support for me by
making himself available to assist me with my questions and concerns as I stepped into this new role.
It is my belief that Desmond will be an incredible asset in whatever company he chooses to work for.
He is organized, responsible, and personable, listens well, gives clear direction, holds people accountable,
