PROFILE
My varied background in Aerospace repair and manufacturing includes working with GE,
Gulfstream, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and many other Tier 1 suppliers.
Most recently I have worked for TWG as a Business Development Manager. My key role
has been growing our business with both International and Domestic OEM’s. These OEM’s
include Caterpillar, John Deere,CNH, Vanguard, Time Manufacturing, Terex, IVECO,
Oshkosh, Lockheed Martin, Rhienmetall Man, Mercedes Benz,Armatec and GT Machine.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Global Account Manager – TWG (March 2011 to Current)
Responsible for growing both International and Domestic business with little direction or
supervision.
Increased Caterpillar sales by 10% in 2013 and won four new programs valued at
$4,000,000 per year.
Increased Vanguard sales by 8% in 2013 and won a new program valued at $920,000 per
year.
Quoted and provided prototypes to 4 international and domestic defense OEM’s.
Achieved all 4 performance matrixes for incentive plan in 2013 and 2014 and 2015.
Quality Manager – Spirit Aerosystems (April 2009 to March 2011)
Responsible for the quality of the Gulfstream G650 wing build.
Worked directly with Atlanta MIDO to conform the G650 wing to FAA requirements.
Signature authority with Boeing and Gulfstream.
Responsible for on-site quality and program support of wing completion in Savannah,
GA. Gulfstream negotiated and specifically requested my services.
Assisted flight test team and static test team with all wing modifications.
2000 hours of Catia V5 experience.
Quality Engineer-Spirit Aerosystems (July 2008 to April 2009)
Responsible for qualifying new clean room and new autoclave to various Boeing and
Gulfstream specifications.
Wrote all FAI plans for 747-8 bonded panel production.
Worked Rejection Tag dispositions for 747-8, 787, 777 and G-650 programs.
Responsible for Quality Response Team (QRT). QRT team works root cause and
corrective action for repetitive manufacturing problems.
2. Manufacturing Division Manager – Helicomb International (January 2005 to July
2008)
Responsible for Production, Purchasing, Sales and Facilities departments for Military
Fixed Wing Division.
Organized quarterly program reviews with all key accounts
Managed major sub-contracts for Northrop Grumman, General Electric, Lockheed Martin
and the U.S. Military.
Increased overall sales by 37% in 2006 and by 42% in 2007.
Secured $3.2 Million dollar contract with GE Aviation for outlet guide vanes.
Responsible for staff of nine direct employees and 45 overall manufacturing employees.
Responsible for estimating labor and materials for all manufacturing proposals.
Instituted 5-S in chemical etch line, paint, autoclaves and manufacturing groups. (sorting,
straightening, systematic cleaning, standardizing, and sustaining)
Organized Boeing Lean Training on site.
Authored two grant proposals with Work Force Oklahoma securing over $100,000 for
training.
Project Manager- Fike Corporation (August 2000 to September 2002)
Miscellaneous Projects
Rupture Disc Technology Transfer
Planned, financially analyzed and implemented the transfer of 4 high performance
rupture disc product families to Belgium.
The project had a Net Present Value of $1.2 million
Explosion Isolation Valve Lead Time Reduction
Simplified the processes related to inspection, set-up and run times, reducing the
manufacturing costs and lead times for Explosion Isolation Valves. Resulting in a
reduction of time by 77%.
Project Manager- Strate’s Plumbing (July 1996 to August 2000)
Plumbing Project
Planned and implemented plumbing project for 144 unit government housing project
at Whiteman Air Force Base.
