1) A questionnaire was given to pupils and parents of two classes about the quality of school lunch menus. 2) Results showed that 43% were excellent satisfied, 10% were bad, and 47% were partially satisfied. 3) 71% thought the food was not diverse enough due to lack of fruit and vegetables, poor snacks, and no fresh fish. 4) 76% of parents would modify the menu to include more fruits, vegetables, soups, fresh fish, salads, and homemade dishes.
