I have registered for Advance Programme in Global Sorcing and Supply Chain Management at Unisa in specialising in Business
Management.
Currently, I am working as Admin Officer observing the proceedings of ER as a specialist. I as well engaged in scrutinising the closing
arguments as well looking at the proper implementation of the mitigation factors to ensure fairness
Furthermore I was as well introduce to Training and Development where I participated in different forms of planning, starting on weekly,
quarterly and yearly Report.. These planning covered the number of employees given train, exposure, bursaries etc. I introduced on how to
do IDPs and ensure that those individual development plans are monitored and adhered to.
For more than 20 years I worked as a Ticket Sales Agent my job was to give Customer Service to the customers make sure that customers
are getting the good service by giving the right ticket and right change and give them the right time table.
I am a team player and as a Manager and a Leader, I take firm decisions. I am pro-active, cooperative, inspirational and an eager to learn
kind of a person. I have studied and worked with different people in different spheres of my studying and working life and that gave me a
comprehensive understanding of all forms of political consciousness, the value of friendliness “Ubuntu”, firm but fair, consistence, anticipative
and accommodating other peoples’ views while at the same time taking criticism as a challenge not as a personal attack. My academic,
political and work acquaintance have played an immense role to shape my ability to think out of box and acclaim the “Ubuntu” concept.
