General Description of the job
Job Title: Junior Consultant
Reports To: Senior Consultant/Sr. Manager
Timings: 9am to 5pm Location: Delhi Salary: 6-8lpa
• Assisting the senior consultant in coordinating fieldwork.
• Identify, rectify & documenting issues and recommendations.
• Assist in coordinating & communicating the results of the internal audit
projects.
• Assist in developing proposals to the prospective clients.
• Perform various consultancy techniques like valuation, forecasting &
modeling.
Principles Duties and
Responsibilities:
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s
Degree
• Experience: 1-2 years
Nature of work
• Responsible for financial
management of clients and
consulting practices
Soft Skills:
• Practical thinking along with conflict
resolution skills.
• Interpersonal skills along with
leadership qualities.
Technical Skills:
• Experienced in audits, risk and financial management.
• Ability to deal in scientific & technical consulting services.
• Knowledge of analytical skills, advanced MS office and software's related
to consulting services.

Note: The aptitude test conducted will be half an hour long comprising of 25
question related to finance.
Situational Questions
1. What would you do if an angry and dissatisfied client confronted you?
How would you resolve their concern?
2. If you are assigned to prepare a financial forecast and financial modeling
of a project and your boss doesn't agree with your course of action then,
what will be your approach in doing this task?
3. If you are overwhelmed with work and emails during a busy season but
our firm doesn’t have the budget to hire seasonal help how would you
deal with such a situation?
Behavioral Questions
1. What is your strategy for working under pressure when the deadline is
near?
2. What do you do when people disagree with your ideas?
3. Tell me about a time you had to build new relationships in order to get
something done. How did you go about that?
4. Describe a situation where you failed. What did you learn from your failure?
5. Please describe your most important leadership experience and the impact
that you had as a leader.
6. Describe a project which challenged you while dealing with a client?

  • 5. • Assisting the senior consultant in coordinating fieldwork. • Identify, rectify & documenting issues and recommendations. • Assist in coordinating & communicating the results of the internal audit projects. • Assist in developing proposals to the prospective clients. • Perform various consultancy techniques like valuation, forecasting & modeling. Principles Duties and Responsibilities:
  • 6. Eligibility Criteria • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree • Experience: 1-2 years Nature of work • Responsible for financial management of clients and consulting practices
  • 7. Soft Skills: • Practical thinking along with conflict resolution skills. • Interpersonal skills along with leadership qualities. Technical Skills: • Experienced in audits, risk and financial management. • Ability to deal in scientific & technical consulting services. • Knowledge of analytical skills, advanced MS office and software's related to consulting services.
