The mission of ADL is to provide access to high quality education and training that is tailored to individual needs and delivered cost effectively any time and any where. We are sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Defense to assist DoD in putting course content online The goal of training evaluation is to determine whether we are meeting the objective. How can we ensure this vision is being met for every training course? If the vision is not being met, we need to develop a plan for improving the training courses.
