6. How we Work
Step 1
We indentify your requirements thoroughly and run a
feasibility check to be sure you are not looking for an
alien :P !
We suggest suitable changes – if required and start
the process.
Step 2
Our expert Recruiter assigned to you will post the
vacancy on multiple avenues to ensure maximum
visibility for the vacancy amongst the most suitable
pool of candidates. FYI, we also make 1000s of calls
to candidates from our database and other shared
database to find the most relevant candidates
looking for a change and inline with your
requirement.
7. Step 3
We share the most relevant CVs after much sorting, filtering,
searching, calling etc etc and share a batch of qualified CVs
every alternate day.
You can expect Multiple batches of qualified CVs every
alternate days. So in short you get well qualified CVs within
the 15 working days Mission.
Step 4
Once you receive a batch of cvs, suggest us the most likely
match and we set up a tele-interview with these
candidates. Once you are sure of their caliber, simply ask
us to set up a face to face interview and start hiring.
