White Tiger, is a commentary on the
contemporary and almost universal
theme of poverty and frustration of
modern man.

caste, gender, culture, religion,
ethnicity, occupation, education and
economy by the mainstream.

The same happened to Balram, the
son of Vikram Halwai, a rickshaw
puller, who was born in Laxmangarh,
in the district of Gaya.
Through the novel, the author
presents the subaltern voice through
the voice of Balram Halwai, a self-
styled successful entrepreneur.
The novel depicts the story about a
compelling, angry and darkly
humorous.
5. Why metaphor uses in literature?
Metaphor is used in literature to
provide insights into how things really
are and guide our thinking about their
topic. The function of a metaphor in
literature is two-fold.
The first, and more practical, function
is to allow the reader greater
understanding of the concept, object,
or character being described, which is
done by comparing it to an item that
may be more familiar to the reader.
The second function is to produce the
desired result by the writer by creating
an image that is beautiful or profound.

about Hanuman sir, he was faithful servant
of God Ram and we worship him in our
Temple, because he is shining example

So in this example Adiga says I don't want

way of arguing that kind of logic through he
critically look image of Hanuman .

town where the Lord Buddha set under a

in my home district just a few miles from
laxmangrah.”
I wonder if the Buddha walk through
laxmangrah some people say he did my own
feeling is that he is on through it as fast as
he could and got to the other side and never
look back.
14. Rooster coop
White Tiger Rooster Coop Represents
the chaos that is India. Shows this as
a world where only the strong and
powerful will survive. The rooster coop
shows the corruption and slave .
India has invented anything it is
rooster coop rather than merely the
invention.
India has done this rooster coop,
people will be killed then we say that I
was save it he died. Why should I
worry about? So Rooster Coop is this
when people are dying we
don't question.
So India has invented Rooster coop
that is what a Adiga bigger satire on
India.
It started from family.
15. Conclusion
Adiga has therefore tried to present his characters with
the use of metaphors.
These metaphors embellish, but they add more meaning
subtlety and insidiously.
They are often scathing, adding gore to this tale of
deprivation and poverty.
This technique is by no means new or unique: “Indians,
in particular are accustomed to the art of employing
imagery in their conversational deliverance or
philosophical deliberations: “Talking metaphorically or
obliquely by implication is generally natural with
Indians’”
