Coordinate with the procurement department for the materials and facilities required for the project.
Coordinate with the HR department regarding the staff insurances, annual & medical leave and
salary issues.
Maintain and ensure that all the documents are legible, properly labeled, readily identifiable and
Retrievable.
Attend the special and urgent requirements from client 24x7 and coordinate with the facility team to
make sure work has done within the stipulated time.
Ensures the distribution and disposition of all incoming documents.
Creation of materials purchase request in JDE.
Receiving and checking the quotes from subcontractors.
Create EFS quote and take approval from FM to send it to the client for their approval.
Get approval on the quotations from the client and follow up for issuing the client LPO.
Creation of Goods/Service received notes and work completion report for the Goods/ Service
received.
Maintain petty cash including, collecting, creating PO, cheque deposits and submitting original bills
for Reimbursement.
Collect and forward all the variation work documents to finance department for invoicing purpose.
Prepare and forward weekly petty cash confirmation to the finance department.
Coordination for arranging additional staff/machineries to send to the sites based on priority.
Coordinate with the client and procurement department for issuing PO.

Close all the complaints in Concept-500 after completion the job on site.
