PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Technician (Info Systems Administration Air C2) April 2015 – Day
NCIA Detachment – CSU Uedem, Germany
Technical expert responsible for the installation, integration, programming, and administration
of Air Command and Control Systems (ACCS) and Fielded Air C2 IS in support of local HQ.
Also is the key technical expert for all other Functional Systems running on UNIX based
operating systems. (Oracle Solaris, Linux RedHat, VMWare ESXi, HP-UX)
Responsible for the day to day System Administration (SA) of the Hardware (HW) and Software
(SW) of all ACCS Core equipment (servers, workstations, network devices and peripheral
devices)

prepared, properly stored and kept up-to-date. Ensures Configuration Control data is reported
to AIS section in a timely manner.
Provides technical guidance on all assigned hardware and software to other technicians of the
section. Leads troubleshooting efforts on assigned systems as required. Provides assistance
with system fault resolution to the local Service Desk.
Responsible for the technical part of the training plan for section technicians to assist in the
development of a high level of technical knowledge, ensuring quality of service and continuity
of technical skills. Responsible for the execution of initial training - On Job Training (OJT) for
newcomer personnel.
