Brussels’ prominent landmarks, including La-Grand Place,

DAY 02
ACTIVITY: On a Euro Space Center half-day visit,
students train like real astronauts on several simulators.
They build and launch a rocket from their launchpad.

Atomium: Visit a 335-ft tall representation of unit cell of
an iron crystal — with five habitable spheres used for
exhibitions

Anne Frank House: Relive the story of Holocaust-victim

Breakfast & check-out
KNOWLEDGE SESSION: Learn how cheese is processed
at a traditional Cheese Farm. Also, glean the significance
and process of making the traditional wooden shoes at a
Clog Factory that were used as protective footwear in
agriculture and mining.
Historical Windmills: Visit a typical Dutch village setting
and look at traditional architecture and power generation
mechanisms
Lunch
MEDIA PROJECT: Student team submit their blog posts,
podcast recordings, chapter manuscripts, and author
bios to their Journey Mentor(s)
PROGRAM CLOSING & FELICITATIONS: Student
individuality is acknowledged through distribution of
certificates & awards
Transfers to the airport
