1) Management Accountant, Accounts & Finance Manager( 2nd

Group January 2009- Current
Diasqua has worldwide 14 branches/joint ventures. I am primarily responsible for:
• Office General Administration (2nd
in Hierarchy) and report directly to stake holders.
• MIS compilation & discuss & present to Management for Branch / location level till Group
Level.
• Timely collection of operational Data of each location & strategize the collection of Data,
vouch their authenticity, prepare & review the variance report based on budgeted target,
recommend & take corrective actions as and when required.
• Initiate & Execute the cost reduction initiative for each location.
• Tax Planning & Tax Management
• Cash Management, Debtor’s & Creditors Management & Inventory Management.
• Liaison with Banks specially – India – Singapore & UAE.
• Liaison with legal, Tax consultants & Statutory Auditors specially for India Location
• Liaison and coordinate intercompany activity to optimize the resources for frontline
employees.
• HR related activity specially related to UAE location.
• Observe & Review and take corrective action to improvise the overall effectiveness of
system & day to day working & compliance. To optimize idle fund & inventory and
collection etc.
2) Consultant , Shreeji Jewellery April 2007 - January 2009
• Handled the assignment for their IPO to re- organize / redesign the existing operational
system to meet the requirements for a prospective IPO.
• Implemented new operating systems after reviewing the existing systems and practices
which includes accounting, inventory management and man power planning.
• Assisted in executing rush orders by out-sourcing the production facilities and designing
monthly as well as other periodic management information systems to measure planning
v/s achievements along with variance analysis.
3) Chief Operating Officer, Simplex Diam Inc. December 2002 - July, 2007
• Successfully established and managed the Indian operation of Simplex Diam Inc USA.
• Succeeded beyond the goals set by the management. It involved conceptualizing and
realizing a strategic plan to receive the Jewellery orders from USA branch to the India
branch office.

• Acting as the sole authority to manage the Indian operation reporting to Mr. Yogesh K.
Madhvani. Also established the MIS to update the management on regular intervals.
Following were the main functions which were monitored under my leadership:
o General administration,
o Accounts and finance,
o Marketing back office support,
o PDD,
o Quality control,
o Creating quality and cheaper production facilities by introducing new vendors,
o Production planning,
o Provide solution to vendors’ grievances and keep good PRO with all vendors.
• During this tenure, I worked with more than 10 Jewellery manufacturers. viz. Gold Star,
Shankar Jewellery, Lotus Ornamentation ,Inter Gold, Mohit Jewellery, Dinurje, Neos
100% etc
• Responsible for the conceiving the idea for establishing the BPO activity of Simplex
Diam Inc, USA and in very short span of time successfully took over 80% of back office
activities all across the globe and managed the same for several years.
4) General Manager, KGK Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. January 1997 - November 2002
• Managed the overall business operations of KGK Jewellery Pvt. Ltd in SEEPZ:
o Accounts and Finance,
o Marketing Back office support,
o Production and General administration of the factory.
• During the tenure Company successfully achieved an increase of 6 times the original
production goal.
5) Bhadviya & Associates November 1988 - January 1997
Leading Bhadviya & Associates, an accountancy firm as a professional chartered accountant for
almost 10 years and provided numerous services to varied clienteles, which ranged from
Individuals to Private Ltd Companies and many more.
