• In module 1 we have learned about statistics
and how it helps for business decisions.
• Particularly it have focused on the limitations
of statistics and its scope.
• Similarly it have focused on sampling which
are of 2 types random sampling and non
random sampling.
• Further there are different types of sampling
like simple random sampling, stratified
random sampling etc.
• Here we have also learned about how we can
classify, tabulate and distribute the data
according to the conditions or convenience.

3. MODULE 2
• From this module we learnt about mean, median, harmonic mean and geometric
mean which comes under measures of central value.
• Then we were taught about the relationship between averages and measure of
dispersion.

4. MODULE 3
• In this module we have learned
Correlation analysis.
• We discussed regression its
significance then the difference
between regression vs correlation.

5. MODULE 4
From this module we learnt about the meaning,
needs and different types of probability and how
it is useful in business activities.
