100% standard on all levels/areas. Every day - training on site.depends on daily, weekly, and hotel occupancy.. Hand's
on with meetings with management. Eye to detail. Team member.

After I have done a thoroughly site inspection, then will take all up from there, that needs to be done. I am not a conflict
person, but are a strong believer in fairness and honesty and when necessary I am very strict in a fair way, but my staff
knows exactly where they standing with me.

No - I need another job is due to the fact that I have nearly being hi-jacked twice on my way home and for this reason I

Position : Executive Housekeeping Manager

Duties :
• Manage all areas regarding housekeeping, the standard of all room and all public areas.
• Daily meetings with management
• Also working as Late and Early Duty Manager accordingly to the Management Rosters.
• Stock control and orders of all linen and cleaning equipment.
• Training on site, motivating my staff and compliment them with good work done.
• Monthly reports and timesheets and wages and 2 x weekly staff rosters.
• Daily meeting with supervisors and my assistant.
Special Achievements: The standard of the hotel in all aspect's was very bad, not up to 100% and
with lots of motivation, training and the right equipment I have achieved what was expecting of me.
All Management and Guest's very happy, getting lots of compliments regarding the cleanliness of the hotel.
Reason for wanting to leave
My reason for applying for a position out of the CBD, is due to the fact that I have nearly being hi-jacked twice on my way
home and for this reason I do not feel safe working, in CBD – Johannesburg.

leave.
