All of our plants operate according to ISO 14644 and comply with GMP procedures and
regulations. Additionally, for customers within the Medical Device industry some cleanroom
plants are ISO 13485 certified. To best serve the customers working in ESD protected areas,

our processes.

For those working in research or
manufacturing having effective sterile eye
protection is a paramount concern. To
minimise the risk of contamination we make
sure each operator has a minimum of three
pairs of goggles in circulation (two available
one in the laundry).
There is full traceability throughout the
lifetime of the goggle and certificates of
sterility with each delivery.
We have goggles available for autoclave or
gamma irradiation.

The time and cost-saving lightweight
MicronSwep™
system removes the need for
water, wringers and trolleys in cleanrooms
as the mops are pre-dosed outside the
cleanroom.
The MicronSwep™
system accumulates
particles, cleans and dries – all at the same
time. Special microfibres on the mop surface
ensure that particles are not only removed
from the surface being cleaned but are
captured within the mop.
A single 35cm mop can cover 15m2
and a
50cm mop can cover 20m2
surface, so you

Our high-performance Cleanroom Flexi Mat
system prevents up to 99.9% of foot and
airborne contaminants from entering or
exiting your critical control points.
The high surface energy attracts, collects
and retains dirt, dust and bacteria

Footwear
According to Annex 1 “Appropriate sterilised,
non-powdered rubber or plastic gloves and
sterilised footwear should be worn” and “It
is recommended that .... dedicated socks
be worn before entry to change rooms for
grade C and B.”
We have a range of footwear and socks
which comply with both sections.
During our documented laundry and
disinfection process micro-organisms are
eradicated and sterility ensured.
In addition, why have clean clogs but put
your dirty socks in them? Many people wear
their socks from home within their cleanroom
footwear and risk contamination. Therefore,

Above the floor cleaning tools
All the Above the floor cleaning tools are
complementary to the MicronSwep™
cleaning system and the mops utilise the
same microfibre technology and dosing
method.
The CE Tank Cleaner™ is a curved and
flexible tool for cleaning tanks outside and
inside, reactors outside and inside, vessels
and isolators. It can be used with a short or
telescopic handle so it adaptable for your
environment.
The CE MultiSurface Cleaner™ is a fully
hinged tool which can be used straight or
in a multiple formations for the cleaning of
pipes, inside and outside isolators, inside
and outside RABS and on top of machines
and cabinets. The flat mops used in many
cleanroom do not fully encapsulate pipes
etc so particles can be missed however, with
an adaptable curve all areas are covered so
it offers a more comprehensive clean.
The CE Softwall Cleaner™ solves a problem
which has existed for many of how to clean
softwalls and both sides of curtains at the
