year, next to be offered to June 2016 school leavers
• Currently employ five apprentices (3 accounts and 2 admin) in an
office of 53 staff members

• 100% retention of apprentices for a minimum 3 years after
completion
• Any leavers following this have always been for a promotion
in the same industry
• 100% success rate in qualifications
• Apprentices are then entered into our ACCA exam
programme for further qualifications

Apprenticeships: The Definitive Employers' Guide

  • 3. • First official apprentice taken on in 1999 • Since 2009, usually take on one (sometimes two) apprentices per year, next to be offered to June 2016 school leavers • Currently employ five apprentices (3 accounts and 2 admin) in an office of 53 staff members

Bennett Verby Apprentice Scheme • 100% retention of apprentices for a minimum 3 years after completion • Any leavers following this have always been for a promotion in the same industry • 100% success rate in qualifications • Apprentices are then entered into our ACCA exam programme for further qualifications

  • 6. • Job spec (what you are offering) to provider • The role of the apprentice – does not have to exactly match the course being chosen however experience should be given • Offer more than the apprenticeship rate £3.30 16-18 years or 19 in 1st year £5.30 18-20 years
