With the BENEFITFOCUS® App, your employees can use their mobile device to select or
update benefits during open enrollment and throughout the year. Use this flyer as a way to
encourage them to get engaged with the app. Leave it on employees’ desks or in spaces
where employees congregate.
How to use this document:
• The following slides are flyer templates, which you can use as is or modify with your
own information. The templates are customizable so that you can change wording or
images to fit your company.
• There is a placeholder for your logo. To update with your logo, right click and select
change picture. Select your logo file. The logo should auto-fit to the size of the
placeholder.
• There is placeholder text for your Company ID. If you don’t know your Company ID, log
in to Benefitplace to find it or contact your Customer Success Manager.
• When you are ready, insert your information into the template and save the file.
• Before printing your file, delete non-printing pages.
• This template is intended to be used as an 8.5 x 11 inch flyer
