Senior Account Manager - Director
Responsible for the commercial relationship of a portfolio of national and international companies (various sectors),
evaluating risk as well as financial products and service needs, providing tailor made solutions with high added value to
both parties.
Coordinate, manage and develop with the different areas of the Bank's products and business solutions needed.
Responsible for the design, implementation and management of a proposed divestment business in a portfolio that was no
longer considered core business. Comprised approximately 500 groups /clients with an investment / risk of around € 400
MM.
Goals:
-. Create a completely new customer base. That within less than two years had a portfolio of 30 groups/clients with
revenues around € 1.5 MM and € 100 MM credit facilities .
-. In record time renegotiate the relationship with more than 500 group/companies with an investment / risk of around €
400 MM . Up to date, the relationship has been restructured in over two thirds of the companies and the risk has been
reduced to 75% of the total exposure.
-. Assessment and management of the refinancing/restructuring for the banks customers, due to the economic crisis.
Creating for our customers an appropriate financial structure for businesses and avoiding insolvency/default.

Senior Risk analyst with responsibility in the design, management and restructuring of the Department of the Bank’s
business risks with a national team of over 300 people. Member of the quality monitoring of risk process and collaborator
of Department of Risk Training courses
Responsible for the approval and management of risk operations that by its size were restricted to the higher Bank risk
committee, as well as responsible for a team of 12 analysts. In addition, supporting duties to the risk departments of the
Territorial Areas in complex operations.
Goals:
- Creation and design of the new Risk Department in liaison with the General Manager. With a substantial improvement
in the decision-making processes and the credit quality of the portfolio. Thereby achieving significant reduction in
response time averaged around 30% and a reduction of costs (via less provisions, incidents and recovery management).
- Training responsibilities for the new risk analysts team, which generated a highly trained group , consisting of more than
300 people across the country.
