Services and Lending.
• Work closely with the Wealth Management dedicated technology team to develop
enhancements to existing client reporting capability. Responsible for recommending,
prioritizing and designing enhancements to both client statements and on-line Internet based
reporting application.
• Negotiate internal financial arrangements (revenue share arrangements) and agreements
with third-party vendors (outsourcing agreements) which directly impact Custody profitability.
• Member of Joint Services Committee for Wealth Management, a select group of
professionals tasked with improving the processes and efficiency between Deutsche Bank’s
operations group and front office.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Promoted to Managing Director in February 2005.
• Grew product revenue approximately 50% over last five years
• Primarily responsible for developing the “Private Banking Brokerage Model” within the
Private Bank.
• Oversaw successful conversion of Deutsche Bank’s Private Banking Custody client base to
SunGard’s Global Plus accounting platform.
• Completely restructured Custody Service Teams into more efficient, client centric service
units.
