2. TRAINING TO RACE, RACING TO WIN
The Athletes Without Limits model utilizes
integration in training and racing to maximize
the benefits for people with a disability.
From dry land erg and conditioning sessions to
on-water practices, our coaches and partner
rowers focus on providing athletes with
intellectual disability the skills, techniques,
teamwork and leadership lessons to be safe
and successful on and off the water.
