3. Band Pay
All Band Pay fleets receive the following mileage pay on all complete loads
• 0-50 mile load pays the driver $0.88/mi + $15
• 51-100 mile load pays the driver $0.88/mi on the loaded miles
• 101-200 mile load pays the driver their base rate plus 10 cents per mile
• 201-300 mile load pays the driver their base rate plus 6 cents per mile
• 301-400 mile load pays the driver their base rate plus 4 cents per mile
• 401-550 mile load pays the driver their base rate plus 2 cents per mile
• Teams earn the 2 cent premium all the way up to 1000 mile loads.
