2014 - NXP Semiconductors Hungary Kft.
Position: Key Account Representative
I was responsible for handling and coordinating supply issues in the area of ordering, demand
forecasting, shipping, billing, and complaints. I was taking care of global Nokia account which
was one of the top 10 customers of NXP Semiconductors Netherlands B.V. (Rev.:$6.1 billion
in 2015). I have been participating several key projects which are visible below.
Key projects
Ampleon responsible for knowledge transfer
Due to NXP-Freescale merger which was announced on 12.07.2015. NXP had to sell its RF
Power business department to avoid being a “single” RF Power seller in the market. JAC
Capital bought NXP RF Power business for $1.8 billion with an agreement that NXP would
assist for setting up a brand new company which would be called Ampleon. I was a key
member in a team which had to figure out the new processes and transfer the knowledge to
the new company. My key areas were order transferring, cancellation and rescheduling policy,
invoicing, returns, customer master data, pricing and quoting, distribution, customer reporting.
Standardization responsible for creating training materials
Due to above mentioned NXP-Freescale merger, NXP has decided to standardize all of the
existing processes to be able to implement easier them into the “new” company. I was taking
a leading role of standardizing the newcomer trainings. The project resulted in several
standardized trainings such as material, order, supply chain management, logistic,
consignment, finance, and quality newcomer training materials.
Hoshin project responsible for improving delivery performance
The aim of that project was to improve the delivery performance for the TOP 10 companies at
NXP. During one year I was achieved 13% increase in average on my customer delivery
2. performance. I have gained a massive knowledge on how to solve and summarize serious
supply issues and how to present these information to the top management.
2013 – 2014 Weinberg 93’ Building Ltd.
Position: Sales (Welded Steel Structures Division)
I was working as a junior account manager at Weinberg 93’ Building Ltd. (Rev. $30 million).
I was responsible for Welded Steel Structures Division, my focus area was Scandinavia.
Main activities and responsibilities;
Organizing sales activities both on domestic and foreign markets
Preparing monthly, quarterly sales reports for the management
Negotiating about the business conditions (such as pricing, logistics, contractual
obligations, etc.) with our business partners

materials, working on extra events such as carnival and tours.
