What is an Adverb?
An Adverbs is a word which modifies
the meaning of a verb in other words , they
describe the Manner , Place or Time of an
action.
 Adverbs tell you how, where , when,
something is done

answer the question “where” ?
Examples :

way people do things .
Examples :

ADVERB OF FREQUENCY
Some adverb and adverb phrases answer the questions how
often an action is done they are called adverb of frequency.
Like – always , sometimes, often, never, usually , hardly
ever , once, twice.
Example :
1. The children always go to school on the bus.

question “when”.
 It is known as adverb of time.
Example:
Already, at, 6 ‘o’ clock, last weak, tomorrow.

much or to what extent.
Example :
