The trade tests are conducted at well-established and recognized testing center.

1. AWAN Construction Heavy Equipment Training and Trade Test Center, Kahayan-e-
Kashmir, G.T Road, Islamabad.
2. THE MASTER Heavy Machinery Training and Trade Test Center, Islamabad.
3. AL-FAISAL Trade Test and Technical Training Centre, Rawalpindi.
4. GONDAL Trade Test and Technical Training Center, Rawalpindi.
5. AL-BAYAN Trade Test and Technical Training Center, Sawabi.
These institutes are the best testing centers available in Pakistan. Their facilities have been

OUR SERVICES:

4. Once the final selection of candidates is completed by the client, we undertake
all responsibilities for the successful deployment of candidates, right from

DEPLOYMENT OF WORKERS
1. We shall be deploying selected workers to KSA within 22-25 days (Upon receipt
of Visa).
2. For Staff Categories the deployment will depend upon the project being handled
currently and the Notice period given by the candidate (Approx.: 20-25 days)
after selection and on receiving the Appointment letter from the client.

1. ADVERTISING :
On receiving of the Job Order from the client, we advertise the required categories in
leading English and Regional newspapers i.e. Jung News, Express News, and the regional
publications of the respective cities on behalf of the Clients. We upload our client's
requirements on job sites and we also headhunt for certain specialized categories at
potential areas in Pakistan.
2. SELECTION TOOLS:
Personal interviews are conducted by our Technical Consultants on the basis of the job
description provided by our client. The skilled/semi-skilled categories are also subjected
to a trade test as per their specialization.
3. INTERVIEWING:
Screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried
out by our highly experienced and technically qualified technical consultants. The overall
grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous
experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. The
candidate's short listed by us is then presented to the client's representative for the
final selection.
4. ASSESSMENT OF COMPETENCIES:
At the time of the personnel interview our specialized consultants scrutinize the
applicant’s abilities on the position he has applied for. The resumes of the candidates
are assessed and their employment documents are verified from their previous
Employers.
5. SKILLS TESTING:
Based on the questionnaire provided by the client our technical consultant interviews
the applicants and verifies the knowledge of the candidate in the specialty he has
applied for.
6. THE SELECTION PROCEDURE:
On receipt of confirmed job orders and exact job descriptions of required categories, we
source the candidates through our active databank, job portals, advertisements and
head hunting. Our specialized consultants test the candidates for their skills matching
the job description and trade test if required. The short listed candidates' complete CVs
with Technical Consultant’s remarks are sent to the clients for their approval or the
clients are invited to our offices in Pakistan to personally evaluate the candidates.

7. ON FINAL SELECTION:
On receiving the final selection list from the Clients, candidates are called for Medical
and other Visa processing formalities.
8. MEDICAL:
Candidates undergo their Medical formalities with the GAMCA (GCC Approved Medical
Centers Association) approved Medical Centers and their Medical Fitness Report are
informed to the Clients.
9. CONSULATE FORMALITIES:
On receipt of the Visa documents from the Clients the Passports along with the required
documents are submitted to the Consulate for Visa stamping.
10. IMMIGRATION:
Visa stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for
Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates.
11. DEPARTURE:
The Candidates are handed over their departure file with the copy of their Employment
contract, Visa stamped passport with Immigration & copy of Insurance and Ticket three
days prior to the date of Travel, consequently the arrival details of the candidates are
informed to the Client.
12. POST DEPARTURE SERVICES:
After the candidates reach the destination (country of work), our representative in the
respective country ensures that he receives the candidates on behalf of the Company
and puts them across to the Company’s site. Also our representative will act as a
mediator between the client and our Head office.
STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS FROM THE EMPLOYERS (DOCUMENTATION):
According to statutory requirements, the following documents are to be sent to us by
“the Employer’ on the Company Original Letter Head duly attested from Chamber of
Commerce and Foreign Ministry in order to enable us to carry out successfully
recruitment drive:
1. DEMAND LETTER for the number of personnel required, salary, duration of
contract, etc. (Specimen Demand Letter is available on page #11).
2. POWER OF ATTORNEY from the Employer in the name of PILOT INTERNATIONAL
Overseas Employment Promoter that is, authorizing us to advertise, recruit and
deploy the required personnel on their behalf. (Specimen Power of Attorney is
available on page # 12).

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYER:
1. When the requirement is forwarded to the agency, it should contain the
required details like the Job Description / Salary Bracket and a few detail on the
project or the company
2. Once the agency has forwarded the CVs to the company, in turn the feedback on
the same is awaited.
3. After the selection of the candidates, the Company issues the Offer Letter.
4. Once the same is accepted by the candidate, all the required documents are
forwarded to the employer for visa issuance.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENCY:
The scope of responsibility of the AGENCY shall include the following:
1. Pre-screen and select suitable candidates according to the salaries and other
benefits given by the EMPLOYER.
2. Submit to the EMPLOYER, CVs of pre-screened and pre-selected candidates.
3. Provide support service and facilities to EMPLOYER representatives for
interviewing, testing and selecting the required candidates in case they come to
Pakistan for selection.
4. Submit valid documents of selected candidates.
5. Complete medical and other formalities as required by the Law of the pertaining
country.
6. Inoculation and health certificates of selected candidates, if required.
7. Governmental documentation (POE etc.).
8. Coordinate with the EMPLOYER i.e. facsimile, telephone, e-mail courier service,
mail etc. and update the Employer of the current status.
9. Mandatory briefing/ orientation of the working conditions, salaries etc of the
country of employment to the candidates.
10. Arranging the candidates according to the time frame agreed for deployment.
11. Keep a tab of the progress and other issues of the candidates deployed.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYEE:
The Employee’s responsibility will be as per the Job Profile given by the Employer and
agreed by the Employee which also includes Employment Contract between these two
parties covering his area of work, No. of working days in the month, timings, leave etc.

REPATRIATION PROCEDURE:
Our responsibilities with regards to repatriation shall be limited to the following:
 We shall be responsible for any recruited worker who is found medically unfit
within (3) three months of probation period and will only provide air ticket for
the returning candidate.
 Any candidate not completing the period of his contract as per the employment
contract will be responsible for paying his Return Ticket (transportation costs) &
Visa Costs to the EMPLOYER.
 Coordinate with the EMPLOYER i.e. facsimile, telephone, e-mail courier service,
mail etc. and update the Employer of the current status.
 Mandatory briefing/ orientation of the working conditions, salaries etc of the
country of employment to the candidates.

Keep a tab of the progress and other issues of the candidates deployed.

ADVERTISING : On receiving of the Job Order from the client, we advertise the required categories in leading English and Regional newspapers i.e. Jung News, Express News, and the regional publications of the respective cities on behalf of the Clients. We upload our client's requirements on job sites and we also headhunt for certain specialized categories at potential areas in Pakistan. 2. SELECTION TOOLS: Personal interviews are conducted by our Technical Consultants on the basis of the job description provided by our client. The skilled/semi-skilled categories are also subjected to a trade test as per their specialization. 3. INTERVIEWING: Screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified technical consultants. The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. The candidate's short listed by us is then presented to the client's representative for the final selection. 4. ASSESSMENT OF COMPETENCIES: At the time of the personnel interview our specialized consultants scrutinize the applicant’s abilities on the position he has applied for. The resumes of the candidates are assessed and their employment documents are verified from their previous Employers. 5. SKILLS TESTING: Based on the questionnaire provided by the client our technical consultant interviews the applicants and verifies the knowledge of the candidate in the specialty he has applied for. 6. THE SELECTION PROCEDURE: On receipt of confirmed job orders and exact job descriptions of required categories, we source the candidates through our active databank, job portals, advertisements and head hunting. Our specialized consultants test the candidates for their skills matching the job description and trade test if required. The short listed candidates' complete CVs with Technical Consultant’s remarks are sent to the clients for their approval or the clients are invited to our offices in Pakistan to personally evaluate the candidates.
  • 10. Page 10 of 15 7. ON FINAL SELECTION: On receiving the final selection list from the Clients, candidates are called for Medical and other Visa processing formalities. 8. MEDICAL: Candidates undergo their Medical formalities with the GAMCA (GCC Approved Medical Centers Association) approved Medical Centers and their Medical Fitness Report are informed to the Clients. 9. CONSULATE FORMALITIES: On receipt of the Visa documents from the Clients the Passports along with the required documents are submitted to the Consulate for Visa stamping. 10. IMMIGRATION: Visa stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates. 11. DEPARTURE: The Candidates are handed over their departure file with the copy of their Employment contract, Visa stamped passport with Immigration & copy of Insurance and Ticket three days prior to the date of Travel, consequently the arrival details of the candidates are informed to the Client. 12. POST DEPARTURE SERVICES: After the candidates reach the destination (country of work), our representative in the respective country ensures that he receives the candidates on behalf of the Company and puts them across to the Company’s site. Also our representative will act as a mediator between the client and our Head office. STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS FROM THE EMPLOYERS (DOCUMENTATION): According to statutory requirements, the following documents are to be sent to us by “the Employer’ on the Company Original Letter Head duly attested from Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Ministry in order to enable us to carry out successfully recruitment drive: 1. When the requirement is forwarded to the agency, it should contain the required details like the Job Description / Salary Bracket and a few detail on the project or the company 2. Once the agency has forwarded the CVs to the company, in turn the feedback on the same is awaited. 3. After the selection of the candidates, the Company issues the Offer Letter. 4. Once the same is accepted by the candidate, all the required documents are forwarded to the employer for visa issuance. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENCY: The scope of responsibility of the AGENCY shall include the following: 1. Pre-screen and select suitable candidates according to the salaries and other benefits given by the EMPLOYER. 2. Submit to the EMPLOYER, CVs of pre-screened and pre-selected candidates. 3. Provide support service and facilities to EMPLOYER representatives for interviewing, testing and selecting the required candidates in case they come to Pakistan for selection. 4. Submit valid documents of selected candidates. 5. Complete medical and other formalities as required by the Law of the pertaining country. 6. Inoculation and health certificates of selected candidates, if required. 7. Governmental documentation (POE etc.). 8. Coordinate with the EMPLOYER i.e. facsimile, telephone, e-mail courier service, mail etc. and update the Employer of the current status. 9. Mandatory briefing/ orientation of the working conditions, salaries etc of the country of employment to the candidates. 10. Arranging the candidates according to the time frame agreed for deployment. 11. Keep a tab of the progress and other issues of the candidates deployed. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYEE: The Employee’s responsibility will be as per the Job Profile given by the Employer and agreed by the Employee which also includes Employment Contract between these two parties covering his area of work, No. of working days in the month, timings, leave etc.
