Quality of client services in a professional organization is
based on people. Salim Al Siyabi Chartered Accountants &
Auditors gives priority to recruiting and training. Our people
are member of Institute of Chartered Accountants and
university graduates with accounting degrees.
All graduates complete a structured training program, which
combines practical work experience with an extensive range
of formal courses and a number of management courses.
Professional staff is recruited on the strength of their
experience, quality of qualification and suitability to
undertake the services offered to our clients.
The company was established in the year 2009. The success
has been achieved, and is maintained, by our commitment
and enthusiasm for meeting the needs and expectations of
our clients. The company has evolved a structure, which
ensures that its size helps to give to all its clients, large and
small, a high level of services and personal contact.
Principal and staff are subject to stringent codes of conduct
as regards confidentiality and independence. Each clients’ job
is allocated to a supervisor who reviews all jobs done by

3 - About CEO
Mr. Salim Bin Khamis Bin Salim Al Siyabi is the chief
executive and founder of Salim Al Siyabi Chartered
Accountants & Auditors Co. Mr. Salim Al Siyabi has
completed Certified Chartered Accountancy Ain shams
university – Cairo–Egypt (1989) He has over 24 years of
professional auditing, accounting and allied experience.
Having background of Certified by the Ministry of
Economy in Oman & Account expert at the Ministry of
Justice Oman & He holds an international arbitrator from
Egypt & Certified the Ministry of Economy in Qatar and
Certified the Ministry of Economy of the United Arab
Emirates all this gave me based accounting approach and
ability to lead for finalization of the accounts,
management and internal reporting system and
compliance of statutory obligations; with the Five years
of professional experience (more than 5 years in UAE) has
established confident to run his own practice in any
challenging environment with leadership and result
oriented approach.
Audit Manager
Mr. Sameh Abdalla Mabrouk Mohamed is manager of
Salim Al Siyabi Chartered Accountants & Auditors. He has
intensive knowledge of ERP system (Oracles Financial 11i
& Microsoft Navision).

Senior Auditor
Mr. S. Asif is senior auditor in Salim Al Siyabi Chartered
Accountants & Auditors. He is ACCA Member, CPA (USA)
& BSc (Honors) in Applied Accounting, having 5 years’
experience of Audit and Accounts. He worked 1 year as a
Junior Auditor in well reputed company in Pakistan and 2
years as Auditor in Rao & Ross Chartered Accountants in
UAE.
Auditors
Mr. Fuad Iftikhar is auditor in Salim Al Siyabi Chartered
Accountants & Auditors. He is ACCA Member and BSc
(Honors) in Applied Accounting, having 3 years’
experience of Audit and Accounts. He worked 1 year as
accountant in Muscat Garden Company L.L.C, Oman and
2 years as auditor in Budget Auditing Co, Oman.
Mr. Arslan Ali Awan is auditor in Salim Al Siyabi
Chartered Accountants & Auditors. He is ACCA Affiliate &
BSc (Honors) in Applied Accounting, having 2 years’
experience as accountant in Millat Tractors &
Equipment’s LTD, Pakistan
Accountant
Mr. Muhammad Yaseen is accountant in Salim Al Siyabi
Chartered Accountants & Auditors. He is Bachelor in
Commerce and ACCA Part Qualified, having 4 years’
experience of Audit and Accounts. He worked 1 year as a
junior accountant in Paki Cake LTD, Pakistan and 3 years
as an accountant in Engro Foods LTD, Pakistan.

Ms. Pearl Grace Gonzales is handling all the
Administrative activities of Salim Al Siyabi Chartered
Accountants & Auditors. She worked for 3 years in
difference organizations in UAE and Philippine.
Relationship Officers
Mr. Naseer Kallivalappil is senior relationship officer in
Salim Al Siyabi Chartered Accountants & Auditors. He is
MBA Qualified in Marketing, worked 21 years as
marketing specialist in Saudi Arab and UAE.
Mr. Abdul Latif Kallivalappil is relationship officer in
Salim Al Siyabi Chartered Accountants & Auditors. He has
2 years’ experience of sales and marketing in UAE.

The Human Resource Unit is part of Salim Al Siyabi
Chartered Accountants & Auditors and was formed to
meet clients’ needs in terms of their human resource
requirements. The object was to provide services which

train them and develop their careers, ensure that they
are appropriately rewarded and continuously motivated.

6.6 - Outsourcing
Outsourcing involves the transfer of the management
and day-to-day execution of an entire business function
to an external service provider. The client organization
and the supplier enter into a contractual agreement that
defines the transferred services. Under the agreement
the supplier acquires the means of production in the form
of a transfer of people, assets and other resources from
the client. The client agrees to procure the services from
the supplier for the term of the contract.
We perform the function of accounts audit and
outsourcing for small and medium sized enterprises. All
information whether at client’s premises or ours, is kept
in full confidence and secrecy. A package of suitable
periodic reports is presented to the clients and discussed
accordingly. These services are provided to local as well
as foreign clients. In case of foreign clients, we use various
modes for communication of information to and from the
client.
By outsourcing any or all of these functions, the need for
accounting employees can be reduced or completely
eliminated saving costs to the business.

Mr. Salim Al Siyabi has completed Certified Chartered Accountancy Ain shams university – Cairo–Egypt (1989) He has over 24 years of professional auditing, accounting and allied experience. Having background of Certified by the Ministry of Economy in Oman & Account expert at the Ministry of Justice Oman & He holds an international arbitrator from Egypt & Certified the Ministry of Economy in Qatar and Certified the Ministry of Economy of the United Arab Emirates all this gave me based accounting approach and ability to lead for finalization of the accounts, management and internal reporting system and compliance of statutory obligations; with the Five years of professional experience (more than 5 years in UAE) has established confident to run his own practice in any challenging environment with leadership and result oriented approach.
