How we are talking about Democratic, the reverse we are practically closed with an Autocratic leadership style. There is no absolute system or style in this world but at least Be yourself Be a good person Respect and listen your subordinates And be an Autocratic leader. 2. As for me if we believe we are so good and as a leader if we are most positive influence one way or another we
are Autocratic leader, and as a leader we have followers.
Let me start from the disadvantage,
One of the disadvantage of Autocratic leadership which is mentioned in different written source;
- the moment that thin line is crossed and autocratic leader becomes dictator.
From this I personally learn a lesson that I have to keep my boundary within autocratic leader style, not to be
dictator. And it needs our effort, well-mannered and patient.
- there is no consultation by the leader with group members which in turn leads to lack of creativity
Initially when we put ourselves on leadership we already know about what the environment needs, if we are
so confident on our leader style and If we are believing that we can do, Of course we are working with peoples,
reach them accepting their inputs and allow to participating on opinions and ideas the decision making role
will be easy for us as a leader.
This is Because we know what we are doing for others as an autocratic leader we are the most positive
influencer.
So as to this from the list of disadvantage of Autocratic leader also we have opportunity to get lesson. If we
keep that we will stable as an Autocratic.

3. When we come to the advantage of being Autocratic leader as per different written sources;
- company in making a quick decision as the decision is centralized with the leader.
For me this means that the leader is so confident and full of knowledge about the subject matter. It shows how
the individuals strengthen.
- Since the leader is strong he or she does not give any chance to other people who are higher up in an
organizational hierarchy like the general manager, hence in a way under this type of leadership style chances
of people using their powers for personal gain are less.
I strongly believe and it’s Obvious and correct in practical managers like abnormal thinkers better follow the
leaders.
- as employees are always vigilant because of strict control and supervision of the leader.
That is the good thing as an employee of the organization.
everyone understands the leader goal, purpose, or expectations. This will help reduce surprises down the road,
and ensure that you and your subordinates are on the same page.

4. Generally
I know on Bureaucratic leadership style we are follow rules and procedures, all the time be stick on this thing are
not the way to solve problems and taking decisions. And same procedures and rules are not applied on different
environment, better to leave like the surrounding.
A democratic leader brings together people from different levels of an organization to work together toward
solving problems or meeting goals. Okay but as a leader in order to respect majority’s opinion, it’ s not good
decide with others. Even while we are not believing the subject matters.
If a person who are in good faith and active listeners who know his/her surrounding, it’s better to be an
Autocratic leader. For the people it helps to be alert. For the leader makes strong.
