This mobile application is designed to bridge the gap between the biggest consumer(the general people) and the biggest service provider (the government).
Through this application the user can put their grievances directly to the government and the government can reach out to the people easily.
This mobile application is designed by second year students of Techno India University, West Bengal.

2. Problem Statement
India is currently fighting with an awful pandemic COVID-19 and amidst this crisis the states of West
Bengal and Odisha has witnessed a Super Cyclonic Storm Amphan. The devilish storm has went on a
rampage over these two states devastating thousand of lives and properties. Apparently the
government is striving hard to restore normalcy but the general public is still facing troubles to uphold
their grievances to the government for inadequate supply of the daily necessities. The aim of our team
is to provide a tech based solution for the benefit of the people.
3. Our Aim
The main motive of this project is to help people to reach out to the government faster and easier
during the ongoing crisis situation . Our aim is to bring light that will thrive in the post COVID-19 world.
In order to deal with this situation ,we are planning to provide a tech based solution in the form of a
mobile application.
Through this application, general public can send their problems directly to Government.
This is going to be a Consumer Feedback App.
4. BLUEPRINT
Currently we are conceptualizing how we can make our App more convenient for all sections of people.
We have built a flowchart to demonstrate the path in which the app will progress.

5. BUSINESS AND TARGET GROUP
We are aiming to target the biggest consumers and biggest service providers that is
the general public and the government.
If get good funding we can incorporate more features in our application.
This mobile application is authentic and we hope that it will reach our Target audience
and will surely be beneficial for them.
6. IMPLEMENTATION AND SCALABILITY
• This app puts a lot of emphasis on the basic necessities that would be useful in
all kinds of pandemics as well as any natural disaster and this app parameters
are dynamic so it can be used for government purpose relating to feedback
,after normalcy is restored.

impactful are:
