Passion: Wine and hospitality.
Why? The opportunity to guide a couple of guests through a
journey by assisting their wine or beverage selection gives me great
joy and satisfaction. The role of a sommelier would give me the
opportunity to learn about the cultures of the world through a glass and share them with the
guests. I wake up each morning with the intention to make someone else’s day better. As a
hospitality professional, I get a rush when I see a guest happy. If I work in your establishment, I
guarantee that I will work every day with the most intense amount of passion, commitment,
dedication, and sense of urgency that a human being can provide. I have a willingness to learn, a
commitmentto success, and a strong resentment to failure. I am completely submerged in my
career and will do anything in my power to not let you down. I want to succeed as badly and I want
to breathe. I want to benefit your establishment with the knowledge I have obtained from The
Culinary Institute of America and continue to learn under your leaders to grow into a leader myself.
